After all the rain I for one am welcoming this bright orange and yellow wedding inspiration captured by, Recommended photographer, Kirsty Mackenzie. With four ways to say I do in Chelsea including short wedding dresses, cakes and makeup by more of our talented Recommended suppliers. And if all that wasn't enough to entice you, you'll definitely want to check out the floral bouquets in citrus tones, sunglasses and patterned blazers!
We hit up all the gorgeous streets of Chelsea near the King's Road and then walked along to Albert's Bridge to bring you this intimate orange and yellow wedding inspiration with vintage 70s vibes.Kirsty Mackenzie Photography
Myself (Kirsty MacKenzie) and the makeup artist Lucy Meyer discussed the look and collaborated a lot on the overall feel of the shoot. Cute, fun and retro with a few modern twists was the brief. We included 4 different looks into the shoot to give lots of different inspiration to couples who are now opting to have a more intimate wedding. Flashes of colour in the eye makeup and florals allowed us to have a bit of fun and include a fun pastel orange and yellow wedding colour palette.
Finding a makeup look to suit your bridal outfit, skin tone, hair and eye colour doesn't have to be a challenge. Talk to your makeup artist and discuss your options. As much as we love a natural look, and a smokey eye, we also love it when brides dare to go bold and add a vibrant lipstick or eyeshadow. It's your day your way remember?!Rock My Wedding
