It’s time to warm things up with Kavita & Raj’s High Billinghurst Farm wedding! This beautiful couple originally planned to marry in Thailand and searched long and hard to find a venue that felt as though they were aboard. Their first day of celebrations gives an Indian festival feel; complete with street food, live music, and plenty of colour. Their second day was a black-tie event with the most stunning outdoor setup featuring a candlelit dinner beneath a sailcloth tent. Each aspect was beautifully captured by Recommended Supplier, Sammy Taylor Photography. And of course, this gorgeous pair opted for a Prezola Gift List - it’s obvious they have impeccable taste!
Enjoy every moment of your big day. It goes by so fast and if you don’t give yourself time to soak it all in it can just pass you by. Also, if you can, go look at all the details and decor before anyone arrives. You won’t get a chance to see it all once everyone is there and you’ll miss out on all the details you put so much effort into planning.

This beautiful venue provided the perfect setting for Kavita & Raj! Essentially a ‘blank canvas’, a venue such as this allows you and your partner to truly bring your wedding vision to life! They utilised the space by having a two-day event which allowed them to have a more traditional Indian wedding, followed by a black-tie event. It’s always a good idea to consider what you’re looking for from your venue; are you looking to hire the space for more than one day? Would you like to use your venue's Recommended Suppliers? Don’t worry, it seems like a lot to consider, but we’re here to help!
Kavita & Raj found their photographer (Sammy Taylor) and videographer (Harvey White) exceptional throughout. They not only captured their two special days perfectly, but they were a joy to work with! They ensured this beautiful couple felt comfortable, especially for those shots you may find slightly cringe. We understand couples’ shots aren’t always the most fun, but we promise, they’re worth it in the end! Harvey also bought a boom box with him to set the mood! You spend so much time with your photographer/videographer on the day, so you need to vibe with them!
When I sat down for dinner on the second day and had a moment to look around at how beautiful it all looked. Having waited for so long to have our big day, it felt really emotional to see our vision come to life so perfectly. A lot of our guests said they felt like they were dining in Tuscany or somewhere in Italy.
