Ruth & Daniel’s West African wedding is leaving us with a need to party! Complete with a traditional Church ceremony and a Nigerian and Sierra Leonian Wedding Reception, this vibrant day is filled with plenty of dancing, love and laughter. We are just obsessing over the incredible floral displays, filled with bright & bold colours (do not miss that arch… wow). We’d also like everyone to take a moment to appreciate the outrageously awesome wedding cake - is that five tiers we spy? Honestly, there’s isn’t an aspect of this day that hasn’t left us with our mouths open! Now, if you could do it all again and invite us, please…
My fresh flowers made my day spectacular. Normally, for Nigerian weddings, fresh flowers are reserved just for the bouquet (if that). But for us, our reception was like an oasis thanks to Studio-Chi Weddings.Ruth
My brother and sister surprised me with Tiffany earrings in the morning. Although it rained on the day, every time we got outside, the rain ceased – it felt like God’s way of smiling at us through the clouds. When we took pictures by the pond, 2 swans randomly appeared in perfect timing to take pictures with us. I could go and on, but I will end with every time I kissed my husband I knew I had married the perfect person for me!
The décor blew me away - and I am not particular about décor! But honestly, seeing Chioma’s craftsmanship just made me smile. Also my cake was absolutely epic! Charlotte of The Flour Jar outdid herself - she epitomised the phrase ‘let them eat cake!’ Our planner got to know us in our one-to-one calls, and we gave her free rein on styling. We didn't see a thing before the wedding, everything was a complete surprise. We loved what we walked into. Thank you Chioma.
