My photography style is clean, natural and timeless. The colours are true to life with an elegant edge that brings out a subtle flattering softness on skin tones. I have a warm, friendly, professional and relaxed character which is at the heart of my approach. I pride myself on creating a happy, positive atmosphere around me which will make you and your guests feel at ease in front of the camera. As soon as I arrive, I’ll be fully prepared. I’ll already have my favourite places in mind for the portrait photos and be ready to document your special day as it unfolds. Like a fly on the wall, my aim is to be as unobtrusive as possible so you and your guests can relax and enjoy every moment.

Rob was simply incredible on our wedding day. I went into the day a little apprehensive about being photographed but Rob made both me and my husband feel very relaxed and comfortable. Rob, these photos are incredible. We love them so so much! We’ve looked through them by ourselves, and cried… with our mums and cried… and I’m sure with all our family and friends we will cry again! So very emotional, and brought back so many wonderful memories of the best day! You were absolutely incredible in the lead up to the wedding, and even more amazing on the day itself! We don’t feel natural in front of the camera, but these photos shine us in the best light, and that was all down to how comfortable you made us both feel. It's a shame that you can't give more than 5 stars as Rob deserves this. Rob shot our wedding and did an engagement shoot. Throughout this experience Rob was a perfect photographer. To hire a photographer many focus on the end result, the photos, but what is also important is how they make you feel... Rob always made me and my wife feel comfortable and listened to all our ideas and thoughts. We rarely like photos being taken of us but this was never the case with Rob behind the lens. It was really important for us to get high quality, candid shots in a realistic style and Rob captured this perfectly. We will cherish these photos and memories forever.

We couldn't recommend Rob Sims enough and we are so pleased we chose him to photograph our wedding. Not only were the end photos fantastic, he made us both feel so comfortable throughout the day.
