"Louise was absolutely fantastic from the moment I came across her Instagram page, right up until the wedding day itself. She responded instantly to any message with clear information which was extremely welcome after having organised my wedding three times! At my trial I had decided to try an up-do which Louise executed beautifully, however as we got closer to the wedding I changed my mind and wanted to go for a more relaxed beachy wave. As I live in London I didn't have the time to travel for a second trial but I knew I could trust Louise to create the look I was after. On the wedding day itself Louise was bang on time, and an absolute delight. She listened to each Bridesmaid carefully to ensure they achieved the various up-do looks we were going for, and managed to stick to my request of "no ringlets!!" haha.
