Are you a fan of autumnal tones, pumpkin-inspired decor, racoon wedding toppers, and a beautiful, quirky venue? If you are, then Maddie and Will's wedding at The Bell in Ticehurst will be right up your street. The ceremony, photographed by Recommended supplier Jodiedcmitchell Photography, was bathed in gorgeous red, orange, and yellow tones, coinciding perfectly with the rustic and relaxed charm of the venue. With pinecones, cuddly stuffed maple leaves and pumpkin spice lattes hanging around, this wedding brought a cosy Gilmore Girls vibe to East Sussex. For the role of best man, a curly-haired, four-legged friend named Remi stepped up to the plate. Man's best friend or best man? We'll let you decide as you have a look through and feel the love and warmth of this ceremony.
We loved all the details and little touches that came together. They really helped make it a day that everyone said was "very us". From the relaxed, cosy venue, to the cruffin wedding cakes and racoon wedding toppers, the pumpkin and gourd decorations, animal vases, our "autumn chic" dress code, we had so much fun planning how everything would come together. It really was the perfect day.

I walked up the aisle at The Bell in Ticehurst to Paolo Nutini - Growing Up Beside You. We walked down as a married couple to Come And Get Your Love (We love Guardians of the Galaxy!), and our first dance was to a remix of Thinking Of You by Chic. The rest of the day was a mix of the musicians' choices and playlists that we'd spent the past few months adding songs to. We danced to our favourite songs by DJ Brando James, represented by Rock My Wedding Recommended suppliers Bands for Hire.
The autumn arrangements with the pumpkin vases were so stunning, and the table arrangements with the foliage and pine cones. The Bell in Ticehurst is perfect for that. Andrea did an amazing job! We were so lucky to have Jodie as our photographer, the photos we have from our wedding just perfectly capture the warmth and happiness we felt the whole day, and they feel very autumn chic!
A favourite moment for us would have to be our red carpet confetti walk to Richie playing Jungle Boogie. Ringing the big bell at the end was also fantastic. We used one of the photos from this moment for our thank you cards.
