Classic Country House Mansion Wedding

Lauren & Rob chose to have a luxury mansion wedding reception at The Grange. The couple had their ceremony at Rob’s local church located in the village where his family have lived for 300 years. The vibe of Lauren & Rob’s day was Great Gatsby meets Wes Anderson! Luckily, Lauren & Rob had Recommended supplier, The Little Wedding Warehouse to help with the decor! We had 9 months to plan our wedding and after the initial 3 months, we let ourselves chill until maybe 2 months before. There are only so many things you need to actually do once the big bits are planned. It’s ALL about you two! Nothing else matters! So if you love it, do it!

Mansion Wedding

The inspiration for Lauren & Rob's mansion wedding at The Grange was bringing everything they’ve experienced, loved and created together over the past 10 years to life for one big party! Think of it like Gatsby meets Wes Anderson with an antique market thrown in for fun! The couple consider themselves a true mix of old and new, and they wanted guests to walk into The Grange and go ‘Yup, this is Lauren & Rob!’. Above all, the couple wanted a day to celebrate the amazing times they always have with friends and family. After months of struggling to find a reception venue and hours of scrolling, the couple stumbled upon The Grange and immediately fell in love. Their mansion wedding venue gave the couple freedom to capture everything they love!

Oyster Shucker

Lauren & Rob wanted to work with people that they connected with and knew would love being a part of their day as much as they did. All the suppliers were absolutely amazing, which made pulling everything together so easy! Aperol Spritz supplied a vast amount of drinks and put together the most amazing bike set-up for the cocktail hour! After the wedding, Lauren & Rob proceeded to drink them all around Italy on their honeymoon. A massive highlight of the day was the oysters! Lauren & Rob are obsessed with oysters and their biggest regret of that day was that they didn't eat more! The couple booked Oyster Meister as their thing that was just for them that they surprised everyone with on the day.
