Charlie & Joe's ceremony at Recommended venue, The Tythe Barn, was hosted by Charlie’s best friend for a personal blessing. Charlie wore a wedding dress with detachable sleeves and paired it with Jimmy Choo pearl shoes. Cinderella eat your heart out! The vision for the day was modern, rustic, autumnal chic. The colour palette consisted of neutrals, whites, and greens with subtle pops of autumnal colours. The stunning day was captured by Recommended supplier, McGivern Photography. Charlie wore a fitted Bon Bride wedding dress which she styled with detachable sleeves that she added pearls onto. She matched that with her killer Jimmy Choo pearl shoes that have a platform heel. The whole bridal look is incredible! Charlie & Joe really paid attention to the finer details. The couple had personalised chocolates, seeded paper menus, a fun cocktail hour before the first dance, and Charlie had a wedding reception dress. Plus, Charlie & Joe chose one of our favourite wedding readings, Everything I Know About Love by Dolly Alderton.

Unique Ceremony

Charlie's best friend hosted the modern wedding ceremony where the couple wrote their own wedding vows, and included some Jewish traditions as they married under a Chuppah, Joe broke the glass to conclude the ceremony and the couple were lifted up on chairs during the evening. Charlie & Joe raised a toast to their new married life with everyone taking a shot of tequila, (the wedding favours) and inviting guests to enter cocktail hour in the barn next door. Pornstar Martini’s were flowing whilst Charlie & Joe spent time with their nearest and dearest partying until 1 am.

We wanted the entire day to feel like us and wanted everyone to feel totally relaxed and ultimately have so much fun (which is the feedback we got from friends and family). The vibes were amazing. Emotions were high in the ceremony, with non-stop smiles and laughter and then everyone brought the party later on!
