Green Tweed Wedding Suit

Photography by The Crowthers Photo & Film

A green tweed wedding suit, an All Who Wonder wedding dress, and black bridesmaid dresses? Yes, we’ve found it all in Jess & Jake’s Aswarby Rectory wedding complete with natural decor and styling! Jess found her gorgeous wedding dress through Recommended supplier, Dress Me Pretty. The couple had an intimate wedding ceremony followed by drinks in the garden, dancing, and even more drinks in the evening! Recommended Supplier, The Crowthers Photo & Film, captured this beautiful day.

My favourite moment from the day was when our fur baby arrived and we took our first walk as husband and wife with our little family feeling complete.

Jess & Jake wanted their wedding day to reflect them, their lives, home, and style. They made their day special and unique by including sentimental elements from using Jake's favourite chocolates as the wedding favours, a drinks menu inspired by their first holiday together in Spain, and having a cheese tower instead of a wedding cake. As neither of the couple likes cake, Jess & Jake went for the savoury option! The vibes were simplistic and clean with pretty floral elements that suited the chic venue perfectly. Jake wore a three-piece green tweed wedding suit and Jess had a beautiful wedding dress designed by All Who Wonder.

Do what's right for you. It's your one day, so have it how you want it. Don't sweat the small stuff, not everything has to be perfect.

Jess & Jake

If you ask us what our favourite colour for weddings is, we'll most likely say green! Jess & Jake incorporated green into their day with Jake's green tweed wedding suit and the floral and foliage. The reason it's one of our faves is because it's so versatile! Jess' bridal party looked so chic in black bridesmaid dresses. Not to mention their handsome pet dog! Here are some more pets at weddings if you're considering having your pet at your wedding.
