KNOW YOUR SIZE

One of the most important things to get right when selecting your suit for the big day is the fit! A perfectly fitting suit should not pull at the shoulders, button comfortably across the chest and the trouser should break just at the top of your shoe. We would always recommend that you visit your nearest branch for everyone in the party to be measured. This can be done at a time to suit you and no appointment is needed.

PICK A SUIT TO COMPLIMENT THE BRIDAL PARTY

Before you pick your suit, make sure that you discuss colour schemes with the boss... Sorry we mean the Bride ;) Ideally you will pick a colour that compliments the Bridal party (consider bridesmaids, parents of the bride/groom & groomsmen). For a Spring/Summer wedding it’s popular to keep the colour palette light and fresh, you will often see the pastel theme coming through in the bridesmaid’s dresses and flowers, so consider shades of blue or soft greys to compliment the gentle colouring.

ADD THE FINISHING TOUCHES

It’s all about the little details! Matching your tie & pocket square with the bridesmaids’ dresses is a great way to create a consistent look across the wedding party. A well-placed balance of colour among the key people of the day can really make the wedding pictures. That being said, don’t be afraid to mix and match pattern & texture, showcase your creative flair by choosing a plain tie with a patterned pocket square or vice-versa, touches like this are subtle but add a unique edge to the overall style.

We can arrange the delivery of your chosen suit to the most convenient branch for your wedding party members. This means, if any alterations are required this can be done in their local store to make it easier. Simply have them pop in for a quick fitting with one of our professional tailors and we will alter the suit to the perfect fit, ready to be collected in just a few of days.

ALTERATIONS

We offer free alterations on any suit purchased online or in store with adjustments available for the lifetime of the suit.
