Ellie & Declan married at the beautiful Recommended venue, Hidden River Cabins and celebrated the wedding over not one, not two, or even three days...but a whole week! The couple had an intimate legal ceremony and then had everyone get involved in the main event with a handfasting ceremony and personal vows. Ellie walked down the aisle in an Eleganza Sposa wedding dress and definitely stole the show. For this week-long extravaganza, the couple had Recommended supplier, North & Wild Events, to plan and organise every detail!

Eleganza Sposa

Ellie & Declan started off their day in the cutest way! Declan left a box of presents for Ellie to open whilst getting ready. Within a card he left, Declan wrote that he’d booked a surprise car (a vintage 1960s Fiat 500) to take Ellie to the ceremony and go for a drive before the wedding breakfast. The couple had their two pet dogs involved in the wedding ceremony as they were both ring bearers! Ellie wore an incredible Eleganza Sposa wedding dress with a split-leg skirt and embellishments. She paired it with a pearl veil and necklace and some white wedding shoes. Perfection!

Hidden River Cabins

Ellie & Declan stayed at Hidden River Cabins three days prior to the wedding. They had the legal ceremony with only their parents present to start the wedding week. Ellie & Declan said they couldn’t have done everything in just one day and your wedding only happens once, so you may as well make the most of it! The night before the wedding day, 50 family members and friends arrived. It felt really special having everyone together and staying over as it's rare that you can get everyone together in one place. The night ended with boozy bingo and late-night hot tub parties! Now that's how you celebrate!

Ellie's Eleganza Sposa Iconica wedding dress is breathtaking, we have no words!

Booking a venue with a coordinator included is key. Robyn from Hidden River Cabins helped our day go seamlessly. If your guests have tasty food, good music, and you think about those personal touches, everyone will have a spectacular day. Personal touches don’t have to be expensive, 90p flip flops flew out of the baskets like they were the holy grail. We couldn’t believe how appreciative people were of them! We also brought personal decor from our house including vinyls, photos, anniversary cards and the scrapbook we’ve had since we met.
