The Half Moon

We booked the Half Moon Workshop room for our wedding reception. Ann-Marie supported us to choose the right food and plan our night. She was responsive and supportive and we felt the experience was really bespoke and personal. We managed to get in the night before to decorate the venue and Matt the GM was so accommodating and made us feel excited and special. The food on the day was amazing, the staff were incredible, and it was really good value for money. We highly recommend using this venue for events. Thanks also to Matt for popping a Prosecco whilst we decorated, it was hugely appreciated.

I picked the half moon as I was getting married nearby and it was such an amazing experience. We were upgraded to the suite, which was incredible. I had a make up artist come on the day and a couple of friends, this meant that we had enough space. It was such a highlight of my time at the half moon and I'm so grateful that I was able to experience it. We also had a family meal the night before in the restaurant. The food was great and reasonably priced. Staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you all so much.

Ann-Marie, We cannot thank you enough!!! It completely soared over our expectations!!! It was just PERFECT in every way. Please could you also thank the staff on duty? They all went above and beyond to make it such a special day for us. Everything was done with attention to detail and felt very personal - they were all amazingly attentive, generous with their time and nothing was too much for them. It was faultless. We couldn't imagine a more perfect venue for our wedding. Thank you once again for making it all happen and all the organisation that was involved - we made such fond and happy memories and look forward to coming back to the pub as punters many times over!
