Planning a wedding at home sounded like a dream (and allowed for us to do exactly what we wanted) until we realised just how much needed to be done. Unlike a traditional venue, where so much is already in place, we were starting from scratch. A marquee, power, toilets, catering, lighting, flooring, furniture, logistics… every single detail had to be considered, sourced, and organised. It quickly became overwhelming, and that’s where Krystina became an absolute lifesaver. From day one, she broke everything down into manageable steps, guiding us through decisions we hadn’t even thought about. Her meticulous planning meant that by the time the weekend arrived, everything was exactly where it needed to be. The BBQ the night before felt like a relaxed, joyous start to the celebrations, and the wedding day itself was beyond anything we could have imagined. The garden was transformed into the most magical setting, with fairy lights and festoons twinkling in the trees, long banquet tables filled with candlelight and flowers, and a beautifully styled marquee that felt like a seamless extension of the home we love. Throughout the day, Krystina was everywhere but never intrusive - ensuring suppliers arrived and set up on time, cueing music, keeping the flow of the day just right, and making sure we had everything we needed without us even having to ask. We danced under the stars, completely carefree, because we knew she had everything in hand.
