You were the perfect wedding coordinator. You held everything with a light-hearted touch, and an attention to detail that defied your calm demeanour. We loved the inspired decoration you created using the odds and gathered ends we brought with us, effortlessly making the venue look stunning. It is remarkably hard to find anyone in any walk of life who can put together so beautiful a vision in a tight time-frame, having never seen the raw materials (due to a certain virus), and incorporating the little additions sprung upon you with such grace and assurance! You helped create the perfect ambiance throughout the day without ever being intrusive, guiding all the 'players' - bride, groom, best man, celebrant, registrar and venue host with quiet confidence. I mention all this at length as such skill deserves recognition! Thank you for everything.

WOW, words can’t describe how amazing, creative and helpful Phoebe was. From the very first zoom call to our big day Phoebe had everything covered, she was always on hand if we had any questions or needed help. She took all the stress and worry away from us and used her experience and creativity to make our day perfect. We wanted Phoebe to show off her artistic and creative skills with the few ideas we gave her during our meeting and she certainly did not disappoint. From the flowers, wedding favours, table set up and decorations it was clear Phoebe really had gone above and beyond to make our day so special. Phoebe thought of the smallest details which added that extra wow factor to every part of our day from the ceremony, to the meal and the after party. Phoebe created the most magical and romantic wedding table which everyone commented on, it was a vision we had not seen before at other weddings and was just perfect for our day. On the day Phoebe was there to help with every little detail, she was so relaxed and put everyone at ease and certainly knows how to run weddings and events. We would highly recommend Phoebe as a wedding planner, she really does get to know a couple and with her experience and vision can bring anything you could imagine to life. Phoebe was beyond brilliant, very professional, thoughtful, fun and energetic and it is clear she loves her work and excels beyond all expectations.

Phoebe was an absolute dream and ensured our wedding day ran so smoothly. Whatever we needed she was there, making sure that all the little details were taken care of, leaving us to fully immerse ourselves in our day. You can tell the care and passion Phoebe has for making sure your wedding day is absolutely as you wish and she takes any little stresses away! Phoebe was incredible! She got to know us really well in the meetings before the wedding and she took care of absolutely everything on the day. We didn't need to worry about a thing because she had it all covered. She worked hard behind the scenes to make sure everything happened on time and the day ran smoothly. She helped organise flowers on the day, took some photos, filled hot water bottles for sitting outside in the cold and was generally an absolute star! We can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her!

Having never gone through the wedding planning stage, we felt some of the questions we were asking through the process were probably a little stupid or something we ought to know. Phoebe never made us feel like this and soon enough we felt absolutely calm and open with Phoebe to ask absolutely anything at any point and she’d talk us through everything we needed to know. From start to finish we built a brilliant relationship with Phoebe and nothing was ever too big or small. She understood the vision we wanted to create for our big day and I felt I really could trust her to do an amazing job with setting things up for us (in fact she outdid our expectations and that’s coming from someone who is usually incredibly particular over things being just so!). Phoebes attention to detail blew us away on the day and I have to say everything went absolutely seamlessly. Phoebe was everything you’d want in a wedding planner making the process effortless. Calming, clear, attentive, passionate, professional, friendly and knowledgable were all assets Phoebe incorporated throughout the planning stages through to the big day and we couldn’t have done it without her. I can not recommend Phoebe and her serves more to anyone going through the wedding planning process - she really is fantastic!!
