Well, if you need a pick-me-up, then this wedding is certainly it! Andy and Craig were married at the Titanic Hotel Liverpool, and it was a day filled with so much love! From the moment they walked down the aisle together, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house, but for every tear, there were huge amounts of laughter. They both opted for classic tweed suits, with hints of polka dots, matching perfectly against the bridesmaids 50s style Bardot dresses. The venue was decked out in a stylish grey and teal theme, complementing the groom's suits. Oh, and let’s not forget the hint of Star Wars throughout, check out those table names… the party continued into the night with over 300+ people making their way to the celebration! Now that, my friends, is what we call a reception…
What Made Our Day Unique
We felt our location and venue made our wedding unique. The iconic Liverpool building, which was once a rum warehouse, had been brought back to life, and we were happy to be some of the first to have a wedding there. Across the dock forming a backdrop to our wedding is the tobacco warehouse, which is still the worlds biggest brick warehouse.Andy & Craig
The Titanic Hotel Liverpool is an incredible space for your wedding day! Located on the Stanley Dock, the iconic building in which Andy and Craig were married was once a rum warehouse and has now been transformed into a stylish and modern venue. With its waterside location, ability to accommodate over 500 seated guests (erm, wow), and picture perfect backdrops for those post-wedding pics, you’re sure to fall in love. So, if the industrial vibe is your scene, then this is definitely a place to look in to (especially if you’re planning on a big party!)
Inspiration & Styling
We wanted to keep a feel for the industrial heritage of the building while adding some softness and light to the overall look. We opted for classic tweed adding in some polka dot fun when it came to our own suits and the bridesmaids were also in classic 50's Bardot style flare dresses.Andy & Craig
Advice
Try to enjoy the process, remember its YOUR day and you want to be able to enjoy it from start to finish. Stay organised, but remember things will evolve and change, so don’t be too rigid with your plans.Andy & Craig
