If you're after the most glorious LGBTQIA+ destination wedding wrapped up in a mens white wedding suit, then look no further. Sometimes, we look at weddings and think "Gosh, what a beautiful wedding". With Max & Scott's destination wedding in Holbox, Mexico, it was a bit more like "Good grief, this has to be one of the most visually aesthetic celebrations of love we've ever seen". It certainly helps that Max is a fashion designer - and both of the grooms' looks drip in timeless beauty and effortlessly cool style. Set in Mexico, Max & Scott said there I Dos on the most beautiful white sandy beach by a luxurious hotel. They DIY'd some decor, they watched live fire dancers, they had the most incredible burnt orange tablescapes overlooking the ocean, and they did it all looking flawless. I'm not jealous, YOU ARE!

So many things made our wedding special. But first and foremost, the location. A luxurious hotel perched at the edge of a nature preserve, the most gorgeous beach, the magical sunsets of Holbox, and the warm, intimate, and celebratory energy. All of this came together to make our day feel so special. Our wedding planner then took paradise and made it ours with the most beautiful flowers and decor we have ever seen.

Fire dancers, an acoustic guitar, a live DJ... And all on a hand-painted dance floor. Talk about wedding entertainment!

The inspiration for the wedding was a modern bohemian theme. We wanted a colour palette that built upon itself, including the mens white wedding suit. As we moved from the ceremony to cocktails, from dinner to the reception, the colour palette continued to unify our theme. We started with softer neutral tones, then ended the night in warm reds, oranges, and ochres. It is impossible to say our favourite moment of the day. The entire experience was magical. Probably a memorable moment for all of the guests was when our DJ played the White Lotus theme song. This was the night before the big finale... So it was perfect. Everyone went wild!

I mean... Wow. That's the only word I'm currently capable of using. Wow. Wow, wow wow. Have I mentioned wow? That mens white wedding suit has been in my mind all day.
