It's the weekend, the perfect time to get together with your best girls and do some wedmin, so it only seems right we bring you some gorgeous bridesmaid inspiration with two of our absolute favourite looks right now; 'navy' and 'separates'. Both are achingly classic, incredibly versatile and simply stunning to boot. Cocktails are optional, but
pinning fingers and multiple web browsers are definitely advised.
Navy
According to Pinterest, this month navy is the new black and your search engines have been going crazy for the shade. We've long been fans of the hue too, especially with its versatility to fit into any wedding theme effortlessly and elegantly. Our very own Editor Fern sported a gorgeous navy lace frock at
Co-Owner and Creative Director Adam & Lizzie's wedding, and she looked absolutely beaut.
It seems to compliment all bouquets, from the bold and bright to the subtle and pastel and doesn't look out of place whatever the wedding season. Not as harsh as black, but oh my just as sophisticated, and suiting an array of shapes and sizes ensuring every one of your girls looks and feel their absolute best. I could quite happily sing its praises forevermore, but I'll just leave you with our inspiration and shopping boards, and let the deep inky hue speak for itself.

Separates
Another trend making our hearts sing are bridal separates. Mix floaty skirts with embellished tops and you have one hell of a dreamy look. Take the bridesmaids in
Coast sequin tops at this
destination wedding for instance, the image of the ladies recently became our
most liked Instagram picture EVER!
As I said above the look is so versatile and offers your bridesmaids the option to mix and match their skirts and tops but still create a cohesive look. Plus your bridesmaids are more likely to be able to pop them on and wear them again. So often gorgeous dresses can be left hanging in the wardrobes never to be seen again, which is such a shame. Now the hard part, which combination to choose!
