Hello Sophie, I cannot thank you enough for the most perfect day EVER! It was completely stress free for us and everything ran so smoothly thanks to your planning and the professionalism from the team on the day. Louis was also fantastic and a lot of our guests commented on how brilliant he handled everything, also how brilliant the service was on the day. A massive thank you to you and the whole team for making our day so magical and perfect!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything last weekend. We can’t believe it’s over already, but it was absolutely flawless and that’s down to all the excellent support and organising on your part, so thank you. The team were absolutely fantastic - the service was impeccable all the way through. Our guests were commenting on the flow of dinner service (particularly the speed with which the glasses were being topped up), and they were excellent fun as the night progressed too. The conga line around the hotel is something we will remember for all of time I think… A special thank you to Louis Cool . He was outstanding, and kept Tobias and I calm and collected all the way through. His flower arranging on the cake was also excellent! The day wouldn’t have gone the way it did without him, he’s very talented at what he does and we’re hugely grateful. Once again, thank you from us and all our guests. Lainston is a very special venue, you should all be proud of what you provide there, and we’ll look forward to another stay very soon. All the very best, Imogen & Tobias

Good evening the amazing Sophie! We have been trying to find to words to thank you and your team but no words will ever be enough! You were incredible from start to finish. And then the wonderful Vinchenso (sorry on the spelling!) was a superhero on the day. The entire team were just exceptional and all of our guests were blown away by the venue and staff. The wedding day was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much to yourself and Lewis for helping the day to run so smoothly. We were so glad Lewis was there to tell us where to go/what to do as we didn’t have a clue! It really helped reassure us, especially the night before when we were particularly nervous about how the day would run. The little things we had perhaps not thought about that Lewis covered were really appreciated, even the smallest things such as moving our bags from the bridal suite to the rooms we were staying in that evening! There were absolutely no hiccups at all throughout the day, all of the staff were so efficient and attentive and the food was so tasty! Safe to say I don’t think there was much left after both the sit down meal and after the hog roast in the evening! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, when we came to visit for the first time we knew instantly that it was the one. Everywhere was kept so clean and tidy and the rooms are just beautiful. The guests particularly appreciated the TVs in the bathrooms whilst they had a soak in the bath! A massive thank you again from the both of us to all of you at Lainston House, we would definitely recommend you to anyone looking to get married or just for a nice night away!

Can I just say, you, Lewis and the team at Lainston truly made our day! We honestly could not thank you enough! What a magical day and place. We have already had endless compliments; not only on the beautiful venue, but also the extraordinary service, rooms, food and organisation. I didn't have to worry about anything the whole day! In fact, I already want to come back to stay! The Lainston team are amazing and made everyone (particularly myself and the bridal party the night before) feel very special indeed. A special thank you to Alex too who was absolutely brilliant from the moment he carried my (very heavy) dress upstairs to helping us pack very quickly because I got carried away speaking to our guests that morning. I just really cannot put into words how amazing you all are, I just do not know how you do it! I am back this weekend for afternoon tea and I really cannot wait!
