Ribbon bunting homemade for our farm wedding to decorate a marquee. Approx. 90 metres in total cut to various lengths but can be tied together. Made using white, yellow, orange and purple ribbons all cut to to a 40cm length and then hand tied onto white 3mm para cord. I can’t even begin to estimate the hours it took us to make this! We hung it up in our marquee and it had a great effect, super fun and colourful and made the space feel joyous and intimate. A bit different to your usual bunting, everybody loved it! It’s quite heavy when all together but it was easy to hang with two of you doing it. We used bungee cord hooks to attach and hang where desired. There are a couple of professional companies making similar products that quoted around £1000 to hire the same amount of length, so a real bargain without the hours and hours of making it yourself!
