It’s time to fall directly into the pages of a fairytale at Cowdray House. From the bride's Suzanne Neville princess wedding dress to the stunning setting that encapsulates this glorious day. Wanting a classic and traditional day, Cat & Bryan opted for soft styling, lots of pastel colours and a Gift List provided by Recommended Supplier, Prezola. Their wedding flowers were divided up at the end of the night and taken home in homemade decorated jam jars. Cat looked flawless, with hair and makeup provided by Gemma Sutton! Their photographer and Recommended Supplier, Lucy Dracott also stole the show with her incredible captures throughout the day. Oh, and don’t miss the on-trend bridesmaid dresses… we just love different styles to ensure your girls are comfortable!
The vibe of our day was quite classic and traditional but also laid back at the same time. The music and the personal touches made it feel very relaxed even though the setting was very grand. The styling of the day was very soft and romantic with lots of pastel colours.
Cat & Bryan
The most important part of Cat & Bryan’s day was the ceremony, and with the help of friends and family, they were able to make it really personal. Surrounded by incredibly talented people, there were friends who sang, a family member who read Cat’s favourite Sonnet, and a friend who wrote them a poem finished with a group rendition of ’Stand By Me'. Cat & Bryan also wrote their own vows, which made the moment particularly special. Music played a huge part in their ceremony and made it incredibly memorable and personal to them.
Cat & Bryan’s advice rings true for all our brides & grooms; “enjoy it and don't get stressed about the little things, because they really don't matter on the day. We had to plan our wedding five times due to Covid, so unfortunately it did get rather stressful for us in the end. I would say just think about a few things that would make it personal to you and have some fun with it. We almost didn't get a videographer, but we are so glad we did in the end as it is so lovely to look back on now. I would definitely say do it if you can!”
The flowers were absolutely stunning so it was really nice for them not to go to waste and a great way to do wedding favours.

If you love Cowdray House and all it has to offer, then don’t miss Kim & Otaso’s wedding for more inspiration. We also love the fact the bride and groom divided up their wedding florals as favours into homemade jam jars. A great little DIY idea!
