Vintage Glam Wedding on The French Riviera

Leah and Ryan brought Old Hollywood glamour to life as they said “I do” at the enchanting Bastide du Roy on the French Riviera. With summer in full swing, they leaned into an elegant vintage-glam theme that perfectly complemented the venue’s natural beauty. Having first met at school when they were just 16, their wedding was a beautiful milestone, celebrating nearly 15 years of love and partnership. Leah & Ryan’s wedding day became a celebration of love and laughter as well as celebrating themselves. Each detail on the wedding day was authentic to them, from the music and food choices to the Harry Potter cocktails and more! The couple also chose Recommended Supplier, Prezola, for their gift list.

We loved our portrait session as it was a moment when we were able to just be together. We shared a bottle of champagne, laughed and cried and really took it all in.

Vintage Glam Wedding at Bastide du Roy
Leah has a flair for Old Hollywood glamour, drawing inspiration straight from icons like Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly, which included her stunning Suzanne Neville wedding dress and shoes from Recommended Supplier, Rainbow Club. The bridesmaids wore black satin gowns from Recommended Supplier, Six Stories. This timeless elegance carried over to the décor and venue styling, though, let’s be honest, the stunning Bastide du Roy doesn’t need much help in the charm department! With romantic drapery, flickering candles, and dreamy cream-and-ivory florals, the vibe was pure sophistication.
But Leah & Ryan also put their unique stamp on the day with personal touches that made it all about their story. Guests were treated to personalised poem favours, sipped on Harry Potter-themed cocktails (Accio Champagne, anyone?), and danced to music almost entirely made up of their guest’s requests. For Leah and Ryan, it wasn’t just about celebrating their love, it was about making everyone feel like part of the magic.
