The Vibe Of Our Day
We wanted our wedding to be a relaxed affair and, as soon as we got engaged, we knew our venue would be The Druidstone in Pembrokeshire, situated on a cliff overlooking its own beach. The laid back and informal atmosphere made it perfect for the kind of wedding we wanted. As easy as it was to choose the venue, it was equally as easy to choose our photographer, Nic Ford, who I have known for years as she’s close friends with my sister. She's an incredibly talented documentary-style wedding photographer whose natural reportage photos captured the emotions of the day perfectly.Becca & Lloyd
Avid RMW readers will know that Rewritten is one of our favourite labels and a handpicked member of our supplier directory, The List. Little wonder, really, when their tagline is "damn cool bridesmaids dresses" and their selection of colours and styles are super chic and contemporarily bohemian; dresses your best girls will want to wear again and again. Becca opted for one of our favourite colours in the collection, concrete, and her bridesmaids all picked out exactly the same style of dress: the cold-shoulder Mykonos. And how fabulous do all five look in this gorgeous shade of grey, which works wonderfully with their blush and burgundy bouquets - and looks amazing against the stunning backdrop of the sea? If we're talking squad goals, this girl gang have nailed it.
How We Chose Our Suppliers
I attended 'A Most Curious' wedding fair in 2017, where I discovered Rewritten. I’d been trawling the internet and the high street for suitable bridesmaids dresses for months, but couldn't find anything that I liked, so I was over the moon when I saw the range of dresses and colours they stocked; they were exactly what I was looking for. At the wedding fair, I also discovered Tilly Thomas Lux and Daisy Sheldon and ended up wearing a beautiful hair comb featuring stars and sparkles from the former, and a personalised embroidered veil from the latter.

Before we leave Becca & Seb in wedded bliss, there is one special guest who deserves a shoutout: Jackson the guide dog. Jackson is a huge part of Becca's family and it was only right for him to walk her down the aisle, alongside her dad. And how proud they both look to be accompanying the beautiful bride towards her beau. Given the number of weddings that are submitted to us featuring four-legged friends, we know how important your furry family members are - certainly Rachael & David and Meg & Tom couldn't have got married without their animals by their sides.
