Fresh from the festive break we have Jessica and Nick's stylish Liverpool wedding. Non-stop inspiration, from their positive outlook on their micro wedding to their incredible outfits and flowers. One of their favourite parts of the day was when they finally sat at the dinner sipping espresso martini. A moment of pure love, relief and ‘did we really do that?’. They clinked their martini glasses and have never looked back.
Having a COVID wedding was never the plan, but we won’t forget it!

What Made Your Day Unique
It was a micro wedding that we didn’t know would happen right up till the day before - so all of it was special! Every person from the registrar to the magician at the bar genuinely seemed to want to make our day fantastic, and they did. I want to give Amy Faith a special mention. Amy has wonderful energy, loves her job and is an all-round good egg! We have wedding portraits we wouldn’t have had if our original day had gone ahead.Jessica & Nick
Like many couples, 2020 had been a rollercoaster trying to plan the Liverpool wedding Jessica and Nick and envisioned. Their original venue no longer exists! But, knowing they just wanted to be married they took the first slot available at the registry office and crossed their fingers everything works out - and it more than did! Jessica oozes style in a jumpsuit and headband, and together with their photographer Amy, they walk around Liverpool capturing stylish wedding day moments the couple won't forget.
Inspiration & Styling
I’ve always tried to walk the line between modern and quirky but still classic. I was always going to have something on my head and I wanted an over the top bouquet. Due to all the restrictions, we had to think small. The day was very relaxed and intimate. After the ceremony, we sent our guests bowling while we ran around the city taking epic shots with the amazing Amy and were back to take part in the last game! We had an amazing dinner and were able to talk and spend time with our guests. It was very special.Jessica & Nick
When it looked like we wouldn’t be able to get married this year, hand-dyed cheesecloth napkins (although beautiful) suddenly didn’t seem so important!

Suppliers
This bride loves research. I have spent hours looking at suppliers - I wanted to try and use local businesses where possible. There is so much talent in Liverpool! During the first lockdown, I was in awe of all the wedding suppliers I follow on social media. Their positive attitude and the way they have adapted to every new challenge is inspiring. I hope when we can have our ‘big wedding’ we can use them all! When our plans changed to a micro wedding I knew that our photographer, flowers and outfits were the stars of the show.Jessica & Nick
