White Wedding Decor With Luxe Florals

Photography by Jo Bradbury

A little classic white wedding decor for your Friday afternoon. This beautiful inspiration comes with honey coloured stone houses and incredible countryside. Complete with the most luscious and luxurious tablescape you have ever seen, and floral bouquets that will blow you away! There is still a minimalistic approach to this shoot that only accentuates the beautifully chosen decor and flowers. We are in love with the neutral colour scheme, that works perfectly against the stoney backdrop. Oh, and that backless wedding dress? We. Can’t. Cope.

Taking the venue, its beautiful courtyard, and garden spaces as inspiration, a palette of whites and greens ran through the styling and florals, cake, stationery and table settings.

STYLING

Three set ups were created to show the versatility of the venue. One garden wedding ceremony set up with maximalist floral backdrop, white chairs and modern signage. The second was a fantastic table setting in the beautiful courtyard area. Perfect for outdoor dining and with colours that embraced the tones of the house walls and gardens. Thirdly, a relaxed but chic lounge area complete with elegant chairs and tables.

DRESSES

Two stunning dresses were supplied by Jessica Bennett Bespoke. The first a beautifully structured flowing full skirted gown with pleated bodice (perfect for an art gallery wedding!) The second, an extremely chic modern high necked gown with keyhole back. Both dresses perfectly complimented the Art Gallery vibe and modern luxe styling.

I tried to simplify my flower recipe on this one by using less varieties than I usually would! The main ones being white, blousy roses, orchids, hydrangea, gypsophila, black eyed delphinium. We decided on a maximalist table floral display in front of the courtyard wall, with added trailing Spanish Moss. The local stones matched the dried statement palms perfectly. I wanted the floral designs to feel a bit excessive, matching the scale and beauty of The Compton Gallery, because it really does feel luxurious.
