Salomons Estate

My husband and I had our wedding here two weeks ago today. I work for the Markerstudy group and chose the venue as we know how beautiful it is and it was in our price range. The attention to detail and contact was brilliant. We had Lauren as our wedding co-ordinator who was fantastic. We had a hog roast package and it couldn’t have been any more perfect! Where do I even begin with Salomons Estate? The most beautiful wedding venue with stunning grounds, great food and perfect entertainment spaces! From the moment we first contacted them to the days after our wedding the events team (Erin and Fiona in particular) were incredible - they paid attention to every small detail and exceeded every expectation we had for our big day. We couldn’t recommend them more

We got married last week at Salomons Estate. From start to finish they have been nothing but amazing. We planned the wedding in only 6 weeks and they accommodated all of our wishes. Courtney was fantastic to start our journey with and then passed us onto our wedding co-ordinator Erin, who was just as fantastic. The day couldn't have run any smoother and they made all our dreams come true. Even deciding to go back to our beautiful cottage as a small group and end our evening there, they ferried drinks up to us and the remainder of anything we left behind. For having such a small intimate wedding of only 14, each and every one of us was made to feel special, from offering help to our 3 and a half month old son who had his very first melt down to suiting needs of my pregnant sister in law. Both mums are recovering from broken legs/ankles and Erin was so good moving them around on the golf buggy up and down from the cottage. The day we had was never the day I dreamed of as a little girl, but it was more perfect in every single way possible. Beautiful location, fantastic team and our perfect day will always be remembered there

Easy access and ample parking with stunning surroundings and a view of the Kent countryside on arrival. Food was very high quality - particularly the drinks reception canapés - although portions perhaps a little bit meagre. The venue is spacious so there are plenty of areas for guests to hang out and staff generally very helpful. The only below par bits to mention were that some of the washroom facilities might benefit from a bit of a modernisation and just at very end, the door staff were a bit abrupt in announcing the evening over
