We really appreciate the effort that you and the whole team at the Castle put in to make our Reception a great party! Our initial call with you was a big factor in us deciding to go with the Castle - you came across as professional, organised and authentic. For us, the wider charitable mission of the Castle was also important, and another big factor influencing our decision. We wanted a venue that was more than just a wedding factory. You’re awesome - nothing was too much trouble, you made us feel so relaxed and were kind, approachable and I genuinely felt so supported and in such caring hands throughout the build up and the day itself. You were professional and communicative with people working the day (flowers, photos etc). The venue was a complete dream and I would highly recommend it. You are clearly a complete asset to the castle and I'm sure there will be a whole host of happy couples in your future there.
