When we started looking for a DJ for our wedding we really weren’t at all sure that we would actually find what we were looking for, a genuinely talented DJ who could mix and mash-up their way through all the classic crowd pleasers as well as some alternative dance music all to the kind of standard that we wanted. We listened to TONS of other wedding DJ mixes and they all felt so flat and predictable. When we heard Sebastian’s mixtapes and saw that he had performed at some of our favourite venues and festivals we just couldn’t believe our luck and after a Zoom call we didn’t hesitate to book him for our reception. On the day he smashed out a really fun little warm-up set after the wedding breakfast that got everyone buzzing for what was to come and in the evening he played the most fantastic mix of both things you always hear at weddings and things you never hear at weddings, and it all just worked SO SO WELL. No one left the dance floor all night and the atmosphere was insane. He mixes with such confidence, he just owns the room. Sebastian is definitely NOT what most people would call a ‘wedding DJ’. He is simply an incredibly talented and hugely knowledgeable 'real' DJ who smashes weddings because he can (and clearly loves doing it). I’ve been to many reception parties and seen some really good DJs before but Sebastian is in a whole other league. We are so grateful that someone like him is out there doing weddings and that he was available to do ours, he was responsible for so much of how well the night went down and made us so proud of the party we were able to throw for our friends and family. It just wouldn’t have been the same without him. A lovely guy and a first rate DJ. Thank you SO MUCH for everything you absolute HERO! There's good DJs, there's great DJ's. Then there's Sebastian. If you are lucky enough to have the chance, book him and don't look back.

Sebastian! What a fantastic guy and awesome DJ! Good music was such an important part of our wedding, we gave Sebastian quite a mix of genres and artists as a guideline and with his great DJing magic and talent- he absolutely smashed it! Everyone has commented on how good the music was, I want to hear it all over again! He also multi tasked and showed my curious 10 yo son how to work the decks! He's a seriously talented and hard working guy with a great knowledge and passion for good music. I wish we had another excuse to hire him again! Thanks Sebastian!

Sebastian, we don't know where to start. You were absolutely amazing and made our wedding reception the awesome party we always wanted! You read the crowd perfectly - with music that was both cross generational and trans Atlantic! The dance floor was never empty (and you had some great moves of your own!) And the silent disco was absolutely epic. So many of our guests have asked how and where we found you. Offbeat Entertainment was certainly one of the luckiest finds of our wedding! And more than that, you were so responsive and pleasant to work with up to and including the day. In fact, we may have to plan a 1-year anniversary party just to have you DJ again! ???? Beyond amazing! We couldn't have been more impressed with Sebastian for his services. Where to begin....! Groom is a sound engineer by trade and so straight away, a picky person! As a couple, we have travelled to various festivals, raves, concerts and gigs over the years and so we had a very wide (and conflicting) music taste. After too many bad wedding DJs, we were so relieved to find someone to take time and get a vibe of what we wanted rather than just 'rinse and repeat' the same old (safe) playlist. As music was really important for us, we booked for the whole day, as we wanted proper organisation of the music from start to finish. We probably spoke to Sebastian the most out of our suppliers, he took time to get to know our tastes and plan for the day and even was happy to accommodate a last-minute curve ball from the venue in what systems were available to him. His equipment was groom approved and sounded great, set up looked great and we have had so many comments about how fun the evening was, how good the music was and what tunes he was mixing and playing. He is a smashing guy too and no ego attached. Could go on for ages really - but book Offbeat with confidence for sure and enjoy your wedding evening!

No kidding, Sebastian has completely changed our perception of what a wedding reception party can be. We were expecting big things as he was recommended so highly to us by a colleague, but honestly, he had the whole wedding party in the palm of his hand all evening, dancing to stuff we never dreamt would work so well at a wedding. Sebastian played such an eclectic and imaginative set all mixed with the natural touch of a man who’s been doing this his whole life, he just looks so at home on the turntables. If you’re finally bored of hearing ‘Single Ladies’ or ’Summer of 69’ at every single wedding you attend and want something that’s just the perfect amount of ‘cool’ to set yours apart, then look no further than Offbeat. To quote my little brother, the DJing was “pure vibes”.
