I was really nervous and apprehensive as I didn’t have a good experience at another bridal store, but as soon as I walked in the staff made me feel so comfortable and put me right at ease! The customer service was absolutely amazing, I loved every moment of the appointment! Sophia who helped me find my dress was so welcoming, very helpful, had great knowledge of stock and was just so friendly I felt at ease i was being looked after. There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from, but I was in such good hands I was able to say yes to the dress. Thank you again so much!

Georgina Scott Bridal, what can I say. As a plus- sized bride, every other shop I went to made me feel that way, like I couldn’t try on the dresses that I really wanted to try. But that all changed when I walked into GSB The dresses were in amazing sizes which I was anxious about, but they were generous and I felt so comfortable and at ease. Every single person made me feel like a princess with each dress, and when I found the one (which I went specifically for) we just knew it My family wasn’t so sure but when we went behind the curtain, she said to me “I can tell this is the one by your smile”. Every other step, each fitting, alterations and pick up were joyous occasions I would count down the days for! I can’t thank GSB enough for making my wedding dress dreams come true

Another amazing experience at GSB! Lucy was amazingly flexible and sorted my appointment out, and I had Sophia again with me. She'd already got my dress ready that I wanted and got everybody comfortable ready for the reveal. I wanted to add a sleeve and she was great at making me one to see my vision and she was so knowledgeable and fun! We had a blast and everyone loved it.

Sophia was absolutely amazing, she explained everything to us, left us to choose the dresses and kept reminding us that there was plenty of time and not to rush! There was no pressure to say ‘yes’ to a dress and Sofia have honest opinions and advice. Can’t recommend a visit to Georgina Scott bridal enough!
