Lisa is absolutely fantastic and so attentive at what she does. We were made to feel so special throughout the entire process from enquiry to the day itself and beyond. The little touches that Lisa sent us, encouraged of us and supported us with made the whole process so wholesome and meant that we even made some dates nights out of some of the stages of the process! Lisa even went the extra mile to find some cultural touches that we might like to include in our ceremony and it just made us feel really cared for. We had such a special ceremony and if we could do it all over again, we would hire Lisa a million times over.

Lisa was our celebrant for our wedding and she was an absolute superstar from start to finish. Both me and my partner were a little bit nervous about the ceremony but she put us at ease straight away – it was like we’d known her for ages. Lisa really took the time to get to know us and after a lovely coffee and chat put together a ceremony that absolutely nailed who we were as a couple. We just felt like she really got us from the get go. Seeing Lisa on the day was like seeing a friend and when I was a bit nervous after walking up the aisle she reminded me to breathe when I needed it. As she held our ceremony – people laughed and then cried and then laughed again. Exactly what we’d hoped for. We feel so lucky to have been one of Lisa’s couples and could not recommend her highly enough. She made our day so special and personal and it really wouldn’t have been the same without her. Lisa was incredible from the moment we started working with her right up until our wedding day! When planning a wedding, you realise you’ve never before thought about the intricacies of a ceremony, the order in which things should happen, or the crucial timings. Lisa provided us with ideas and guidance for all of this and more, as well as always answering all questions we had, and provided a clear step by step process for putting our ceremony and story together. Without Lisa we wouldn’t have had been able to put together the ceremony we now look back on with such incredible fondness. Throughout our wedding day, a number of our guests came and asked us whether Lisa was a family friend, and were surprised when we explained that she wasn’t! Wow – where do I begin! From the get go, Lisa was warm, friendly, funny, welcoming, and seemed genuinely interested in the two of us as a couple. She spent so much time before the big day making sure that the ceremony was suited to us, and making it perfect – which it absolutely was! Me and my partner were really keen on a laid back ceremony which focused on the two of us and our story, rather than your traditional ceremonies – Lisa completely ran with this and we were blown away by how well she captured “us”! She also took responsibility for aspects that we didn’t expect her to (like liaising with our sisters for a surprise reading as we couldn’t decide on a reading ourselves). On the day itself, Lisa was super chilled (trust me, you need this on the morning of!), and delivered the most amazing ceremony! We had guests approach us throughout the day commenting on how amazing she had been. Honestly, by the wedding, I felt that we were having the ceremony with someone we had known for a while rather than a stranger we had only met over video call. We cannot recommend Lisa enough – and if you are undecided on who to book, let this be your sign that the search is over! :)

She’ll give you the ‘warm fuzzies’ from the first moment you meet and she gives you the biggest smile! Lisa captured our story so beautifully and delivered it with such passion. We had Lisa for our celebrant for our wedding in May this year. I can honestly say, the ceremony was all we could of dreamed of, and more. It was personal, funny and just perfect for us. From the start of the process, there was never any doubt that Lisa was the right choice for us. She met with us virtually and got to know us on a personal level, which made our celebration so special. Communication was above and beyond, even when integrating our most loved people around us into the ceremony. We saw draft versions along the way, and they didn’t even need much amending! We really wanted our ceremony to be fun, informal, relaxed and personal and Lisa definitely delivered all those things and more! We have had so many compliments from our guests on our ceremony, how it reflected us as a couple and how fun, interactive and emotional it was. We had no clue where to even start planning a ceremony, but Lisa made the whole process really clear from the first meeting with her, answering all our questions and giving us clear and helpful advice. Getting married in the middle of a farmers field on what turned out to be the hottest day of the year was a challenge and stressful at times, but Lisa supported us and our vision for the day, and it was definitely all worth it in the end. There were tears, laughter and some audience participation, our ceremony was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend Lisa more highly!

From our very first conversation with Lisa, we felt so confident that she was the perfect person to help us create the perfect ceremony for us – she straight away picked up on our values and understood the atmosphere we wanted to create across our whole wedding day. When we first met with Lisa we instantly knew she was the celebrant for us. We loved everything about working with her and she exuded warmth at every interaction. We don’t know where to even begin writing a review of what Lisa created for our wedding! We never could have imagined just how personal, beautiful and emotional a wedding ceremony could be until we met Lisa. From our very first conversation we knew we’d made the right decision. Lisa is a wonderful person, warm and friendly and the detail and thought she put into our ceremony is just incredible. Every single guest commented on our ceremony and how they’d never been to a wedding like it. Every part was thoughtfully written, it was moving, funny and so touching. The hand tying with our children was a great addition that we’d never have thought of until Lisa suggested it and we’re so glad she did. If you want a ceremony with a difference, that’s not generic, that’s written about the two of you, then Lisa is your woman.

From the moment we contacted Lisa, we knew that she would be the celebrant for us. There was something about her that just fit with our style – Lisa is incredibly animated and enthusiastic about what she does, and the effort that she puts in is evident throughout. She just got us, our level of quirky and individualism. The last thing we wanted was for someone to go through the motions – and Lisa went way above and beyond this. Everything she included in our ceremony was completely tailored to our needs. The best thing to go wrong when planning our wedding was the lack of registrar availability on our chosen date. It meant that we explored the celebrant option instead and we couldn’t be happier. We had so many compliments about our personalised ceremony and it was all thanks to Lisa. She was an absolutely dream to deal with from our first conversation through to the big day. Wow, where to start… Lisa did an absolutely incredible job at officiating our wedding. She interviewed us a few months before the ceremony and really took her time in getting to know us as a couple, the story of how we met, and our own individual personalities too. She sent us a ceremony draft which reflected our initial conversation extremely well, and asked us for our input where needed. The script was amazing – engaging for the audience, captured our story perfectly, and had a real balance between romance and humour – perfect for us! Lisa had the patience of a saint as it took us a while to get back to her emails while trying to balance work & wedding planning. She sent us gentle nudges when needed and we really appreciated this. On the day itself, Lisa was so helpful and welcoming towards every single guest that approached her. Our ceremony left almost every single person in (happy) tears and we really feel that it was the highlight of our day. Thank you again Lisa, we wish we could do it all over again!

From the moment we met Lisa we knew that we had made the right decision to book her for our wedding. She was instantly warm, engaging and had a great knack at extracting all the details of our lives together and the lead up to the big day. So much so that when her first draft reading came in we didn’t feel the need to make any changes. It was perfect, loving, humorous and she had captured our journey and personalities perfectly. When the big day arrived, she was there early and her calmness helped to dis-spell my nerves. She spoke to our guests and paid particular attention introducing herself to our closest family members. The reading was clear and warm and she made everybody feel part of our story. She absolutely made our ceremony, it was full of love and laughter and we can’t thank her enough.

Lisa was amazing to work with from start to finish! She got to know us so well and wrote the most perfect ceremony which completely reflected us as a couple. I had always thought as a bride I would want to get the ceremony over and done with in order to start the dancing 😅 But the ceremony turned into my favourite part of the day! Lisa was so helpful on the day, directing the band when to start playing and making sure everything was in order. She is a naturally warm and welcoming person who clearly takes great pride in what she does. And does it incredibly well! Thank you so much for making our day what it was.

We first got in touch with Lisa in 2019, shortly after we got engaged. Two postponements later, Lisa finally officiated at our wedding celebration in June 2022! She is so lovely, warm and kind and did an amazing job with the ceremony; patiently re-writing our ceremony script a number of times as our circumstances kept changing over the years. We had so many compliments on how personal and special the ceremony was, and we’ve just had our wedding video back from our videographer and were blown away once again by how lovely it all was – albeit completely in line with the multiple comments we had from our guests along those lines. We would definitely recommend Lisa to anyone getting married down in Cornwall or nearby in the future :)

Our wedding was postponed 3 times due to Covid and we reached out to Lisa in October of 2021 when our plans changed again. From the initial conversations on email and phone, it was clear we were on to a winner and felt like we had made the right decision. We had a meeting where Lisa got to know us and in February she sent us an information gathering form which gave us giggles while completing it. From just this meeting and the document being completed, Lisa compiled the first draft. Wow, she got us! There was nothing we wanted to change! She has such an amazing ability to understand who we are as individuals and as a couple. We were floored at how right she got it! On the day, Lisa was just incredible where she took this document and created the base of our perfect wedding. The platform was set and the rest of the day just flowed. Thank you again ever so much for being such a key part of our very special day – we cannot thank you enough for taking our vision and making it a reality.

Lisa helped us to make sure that our big day went as perfectly as it could have, she was so helpful and willing to assist in numerous different ways both in the build up to the ceremony and beforehand with getting our vows and readings prepared amongst other things. Each time we spoke to her we left with a impression that we were in such safe and capable hands and she made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. On the day Lisa was still as attentive and supportive and everything went smoothly and as planned, we couldn’t be more thankful to her and couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant!

Lisa was the perfect addition to our wedding!!!! We couldn’t recommend her enough. We didn’t really know what to expect, having never experienced a celebrant at a wedding before – but we wanted it to be magical and that’s what Lisa delivered. We were let down at the last minute and had to find a Celebrant just 2 weeks before the wedding! It was Lisa’s warm smile that drew me to her. I dialled her number crossing my fingers and toes that she would be available for our big day. A stroke of luck… She was! I was slightly stressed when I called her but after speaking to Lisa for a little while I felt totally relaxed and had a feeling this was all meant to be! Throughout the process, Lisa was supportive and very quick to respond to questions I had. The ceremony itself was PERFECT and so us. There was laughter and tears of joy! I was amazed how she totally understood our vibe in the space of 2 weeks without even meeting us in person. We had lots of comments from our guests about how beautiful and unique the ceremony was. One of our bridesmaids now wants to book her! My only regret is that we didn’t meet sooner, I would have loved to have spent more time getting to know Lisa. Thank you for everything!

After our big wedding was postponed twice, we’d already made it official at the register office which was about 15 mins in and out. For our big party, we wanted something more personal and inclusive and that really told a story. Wow where to start with – lovely Lisa. A part of the day that is often seen as the formal part quickly became one of favourite parts of my wedding day. Our ceremony was relaxed, fun and full of happy tears and laughs. Having been witness to many ceremonies in the past, I knew I wanted a celebrant from the get go. I never liked the conveyor belt feel of a registrar-led ceremony and so it was great to not have their restrictions of what could and couldn’t be done as well as essentially being able to get married wherever we wanted. Then on to Lisa herself. As soon as I saw pictures of her I weirdly fell in love with her face! Such a warm, friendly and happy person she was exactly as I had imagined she’d be in person, her beaming smile just instantly puts you at ease. The ceremony was just perfect, it was so different to anything our friends had seen before and adding a few quirky additions of our own – it really was brilliant. We were both screaming with laughter and dabbing plenty of tears, I think the ultimate testimony to just how well delivered it all was. Well, what an amazing day ! It was always going to be special but Lisa just put a big capital S in our Special. We had been trying to get the Wedding organised since 2019 but,like many others, we had to cancel ( twice ) due to the Covid situaton. But throughout that whole process, Lisa was exemplary with her patience, professionalism, empathy, kindness and perfect levels of communication. We feel we have got to know her so well and she us, that bond inspiring what for us was a Perfect ceremony. Just what we wanted, totally justifying our decision to opt for the Celebrant route.She wrote and conducted the most amazing, personal, intimate, funny yet poignant ceremony. She “got us” to a tee and our friends and family were totally engrossed in the whole emotion of it all. We contacted Lisa with only about 3 weeks to go before our ceremony, due to being let down by another provider, yet on the day you would have thought she had been involved since the outset. We had a super day very much helped by Lisa’s relaxed but also professional style. From the moment we contacted Lisa, we felt at ease. She is personable and professional and undertook our ceremony (at fairly short notice) with skill and understanding. She gave up time as we needed, visited us at home and at work and also spoke to us over the phone, thereby always reassuring us throughout the build up. We sought a traditional style ceremony and Lisa built on the details we had given about ourselves and turned our ceremony into an event. Our guests talked about the wedding breakfast, the brides dress and Lisa’s ceremony!
