Alta Costura Bride

I came to Alta Costura for my wedding dress appointment at the weekend and my experience was amazing. I had Tash support me during my appointment and she made me feel so comfortable. Her calm and friendly approach with me made me feel at ease straight away and she helped me choose my dream dress (even though it was completely different from what I had in mind)! She was professional and answered any questions I had. I also got a lovely gift from Alta Costura which was a lovely and personal touch. Thank you again Tash, I now feel like a proper bride ready for my wedding day next year :) x

From the moment I stepped into Alta Costura, I felt comfortable. All of the staff were polite and helpful, the shop was welcoming and inviting and Emma Jane, who looked after me on the day was an absolute credit to the business. She took the time to listen to my preferences and included my family in the choosing process, it was really special having them pull looks for me as well as my own choices and Emma’s expert recommendations. We tried on a number of dresses and she was extremely professional, I was nervous on the day but she put me completely at ease and we just had fun (and some happy tears). I am so grateful to her and the team for making the experience utterly amazing. I honestly could not have asked for better.

My experience at Alta’s has been absolutely incredible; I have been carefully listened to and my anxieties and fears reassured but not dismissed! Lots of time was taken to respond to my social media enquiries in the lead-up to my appointment. My appointment was with the lovely Sarah and everything about it was just wonderful! I was apprehensive about trying on dresses but Sarah made me feel beautiful and I am thrilled that I found my dress.

Feel so at ease whenever I visit the store. All the staff are so incredibly lovely and really make the experience so special. Natasha is like sunshine in human form and makes you feel like a princess! They’re not salesy and do not push anything you’re unhappy with, as a plus-size bride I found it really nerve-racking going to try on dresses but it was just such a joy! A HUGE collection of plus-size dresses in every style you’d ever think of. Couldn’t recommend this more for any bride-to-be!

Fab-u-lous! Jade was brilliant, felt so comfortable and relaxed, had a good laugh with us and I truly trust everything she said. Jade and the team provided unmatched customer service and I’m so grateful for everything. Also, a shout out to the rest of the team who were all lovely and upbeat! Love my dress even more than my future husband, oops!!!
