This magical winter wedding shoot by Recommended supplier, Willow and Rust Weddings, is full of soft cosy candlelight, two stunning bride and groom looks, and pretty blush pink flowers. I wanted to create a magical winter wedding with all the festive feels without relying on classic Christmas decor.

Rustic Winter Wedding

The inspiration came from the wintertime and wanting to reflect that in a magical cosy backdrop. They kept the styling neutral with gold accents and lots of fairy lights and candles! There were two looks for the shoot. The first was a beautiful long-sleeved dress with a wintery sparkle and a chocolate-coloured suit with a gold tie to fit the colour scheme.  The second dress was the bride's own that they added to with a white fur shawl! The couple recently married and thought it was the perfect time to show off the dress more. The groom wore classic black tie.

Barlow Woodseats Hall

At Barlow Woodseats Hall there is such a beautiful outside room at the venue. Willow and Rust Weddings had to include it as it completes their whole vision! They styled a rustic winter wedding wonderland area with draped fabrics, wooden elements, a vintage touch, and lots of candles, of course! All of the foliage included in the day was foraged from the local area by the florist. We've never seen a cosier-looking table plan! Plus, that textured white wedding cake is cool, elegant, and wintery all rolled into one!

The location was the beautiful Barlow Woodseats Hall in Derbyshire, which is a gorgeous cosy barn venue, perfect for this time of year.
