Intimate Pure House Ibiza Wedding

Benajmina & Danny chose a minimalistic, boho theme with a lace wedding dress, a dried flower crown, and spectacular flower arrangements. White hydrangeas, roses and gypsophila made up the aisle flowers, table centrepiece decoration and bridal bouquet, complementing the chic vibes of the island. Only family and close friends attended, with everyone dressing in white too. But, although this was an intimate celebration, the love, joy, and happiness can be felt tenfold. As the Vengaboys would say - "Whoah! We're going to Ibiza."

We single handedly researched wedding suppliers in Ibiza. As it isn't our home town, it wasn't easy to find suppliers, let alone make decisions when booking things with it being so far away. We flew to Ibiza one month before our big day for wine and food tasting, which proved to be an outstanding experience in its own right.

Pure House Ibiza
Pure House Ibiza is a stunning private-villa immersed in nature and was the perfect backdrop for Benjamina & Danny's destination wedding. They read personalised vows to one another, and involved their children in the ceremony. Their daughter recited a wedding reading, and their son was the ring bearer (wearing a very cool trilby, I might add). Their wedding guests also complimented the all-white-wedding theme and venue, donning white wedding outfits. What a stylish venue and bunch, and what a heartfelt celebration.
Destination Wedding
Before the alfresco reception under the stars, Benjamina & Danny headed to Ibiza Town with their photographer in a vintage MG wedding car. They took in the views, walked up secluded side streets, and made the most of the breathtaking destination setting. Every image will leave you gasping. Just as we are when looking at Benjamina's lace boho wedding dress. The delicate detailing. The bell sleeves. Just wow. There isn't a dress that's more appropriate for this boho, chic, minimalist theme. Except maybe Benjamin's sparkly reception dress!

We started to plan our wedding a year before our big day. Time passed by so quickly I felt like we ran out of time. My two pieces of advice for planing couples would be: One, if you are planning to get married abroad, start planning it 2-years before, so you have enough time to do plenty of research and book suppliers you truly like. Secondly, no matter how big or small your wedding is, find yourself a wedding planner so they can take care of everything - from the tiniest detail on the day to any large blunders.
