There are many elements that contribute to a boho wedding. Outdoor ceremonies, boho wedding dresses, natural decor and much, much more. Below are just some of our favourite bohemian celebrations infused with all these elements, plus, a huge helping of romance.
Christie & Ben sure know how to throw a beautiful boho wedding. They held an outdoor ceremony decorated with potted plants, before taking their seats in the barn to share platters and tray bakes with guests. The barn was full of wonderful decor, festoon lights and love, plus real bride Christie wore the most amazing fringed wedding dress.
Zara & Dan hired an impressive geodome for their boho wedding, filling it with DIY bunting, Spring blooms and a flower pressed wedding cake. They had their children perform readings and play music during the outdoor ceremony and look pretty incredible too. We think every bride should wear a crown!
Abbi & Ash created the most fabulous outdoor wedding full of surprises and boho details. Plus, Abbi wore two bridal gowns and had an army of bridesmaids in white dresses with foliage flower crowns. Did I mention there was a confetti man, and newspaper order of services too? I mean, what's not to love!
Alix & Andy include so many fabulous wedding trends in their woodland wedding. There are Persian rugs, perspex signs and five food trucks! And they list every one of their suppliers so you can recreate this boho look at your own wedding.
Melanie & Robin's laid back approach and style carried through into this boho wedding. Melanie ordered her dress online, customised it with bell sleeves, and then she and Robin ate and drank in the Tuscan villa under a canopy of festoon lights.
Sarah & Sam have always loved the outdoors and nature, so there was no doubt their wedding was going to be outdoors featuring natural elements. They filled their reception with foliage and feathers, plus lots of DIY decor and details. It also features the most carefree flower girl in a tutu we have ever seen.
Danya & Jezz started their day with the bridal party lounging around the pool and culminated with smoke bomb portraits. They literally don't stop laughing and smiling for one minute and look so at ease surrounded by pretty pink and blue flowers, their pet dog and DIY decor.
There are wildflowers, Persian rugs and peacock chairs at Francesca & George woodland wedding. Not forgetting hula hooping, giant Jenga and pizza for all. Plus, trust us you are going to want to see more of Francesca's bespoke boho wedding dress.
Jessica & Adam wowed us with their sense of style, rocking a Grace Love Lace wedding dress and bridal crown, and pink blazer and floral bow tie for their outdoor Spanish wedding. They also knew how to party with a surprise saxophonist and a late-night poolside party.
Zoe & Jamie chose The Copse in Oxfordshire for their boho wedding. Taking full advantage of the outside gardens and stretch tent. Fabulous fashion and radiant smiles come as standard as well as some pretty impressive floral creations, peacock chairs and smoke bomb portraits by Rosie Kelly Photography.
You can just tell a whole lot of hard work has been poured into making Dani & Jason's outdoor woodland wedding into a relaxed day oozing style. They enjoyed live music, late-night pizza and a cheese tower wedding cake. It also features one of the most pinnable ceremony altars ever including streamers, bunting and wool rugs.
A week before Emma and Seb's wedding their reception venue was an empty barn full of cattle feed! That was before it was completely transformed with a pampas grass installation, giant disco ball and hanging macrame chandeliers. They dined on a giant peacock chair for two and looked so happy, not to mention stylish. Wait until you see Emma's pearl headband!
