A DIY wedding dress, a vegan dinner, and locally grown florals… there’s plenty of eco-conscious aspects we love throughout this gorgeous wedding. Vanessa & Fergus said their I-do's at a local cricket pitch, and were all about supporting local suppliers. Their table names were named after places they had travelled as a couple, and were made by the brides sister. Their day saw plenty of dancing, a relaxed vibe, and was captured beautifully by Recommended Supplier, Captured By Katrina. We just love the bright florals and personal touches throughout - a serious wedding win for sustainability!
We had to rearrange our big celebration due to covid, and this was the first event for so many. It really felt extra special being together hugging and dancing.

Vanessa’s beautiful gown is a satin silk slip created by her mother - and we absolutely adore! Vanessa was sewn into her gown on the day(!) and it fits her like a glove. She chose simple Missoma necklaces and a chic low ponytail hair style. We love the low neckline and thin straps, alongside a fitted body and floating skirt.
Vanessa & Fergus opted for a boho chic styled day. With an eco-conscious mind, they baked their own dessert table, dried petals from their own garden, and had plenty of booze alongside a brass band! The bridesmaids look stunning in orange silk slip dresses, whilst the gents opted for simply trousers, open shirts and braces.
Don't sweat the small stuff - enjoy planning and have fun. It’s lovely to support small local businesses!
