Boho Inspiration at Berwick Lodge

Berwick Lodge is a luxury boutique manor house hotel in Bristol, tucked away in acres of green woodland and luscious fields. Recommended Supplier, Peony & Thistle Design, decided to bring a touch of the outback to the English countryside in this chic wedding shoot. Think classic, white and romantic florals and colour scheme, with an Australian boho edge, as well as fab bridal accessories. Including a bridal stetson hat!

BERWICK LODGE

Berwick Lodge is a quintessential English venue with rolling fields, woodland walks and beautiful historic buildings. Peony & Thistle wanted to retain this inherently classic setting while adding a modern, boho twist. So they used a mix of tropical style dried palms, pampas grass and white anthuriums combined with classic white roses, peonies and orchids to capture the balance between boho exotic and English rurality.

BOHO STYLING

The incredible Made With Love and Emmy Mae Bridal gowns provided contemporary silhouettes and textures to enhance the boho vibe, while the soft white, pink and neutral colour scheme maintained a classic look. They wanted soft, ethereal, summery and light makeup for a relaxed vibe, with gorgeous headbands, capes and hats as accessories to dress up the neutral look.

We handpicked the most incredible gowns from The White Collection, Portishead, which complemented our shoot perfectly. The end result is a wonderfully relaxed, boho vibe with gorgeous neutrals and textures taking centre stage.
