Many of our couples are in the midst of postponing their weddings due to the COVID-19 outbreak. But if you're planning to rearrange your wedding for a winter celebration, you've come to the right place, as we share some incredibly elegant winter wedding inspiration at Dorfold Hall. Think cool blues, lush greens, and subtle hints of peach. Plus, a tall cake, momentous flowers, and incredible fashion.
A group of talented wedding creatives headed for a beautiful styled shoot at the Cheshire wedding venue Dorfold Hall, a firm favourite among couples and suppliers alike. Capturing the magic and beauty that Winter has to offer was a major priority, and inspiration was taken from the beautiful shade of pale blue used on the Coach House doors and spiral staircase. This formed the basis for the cool colour palette, blues, greens, whites and pops of pale peach were used in the flowers, table set up and cake.Jo Bradbury
I don't know about you, but when I think of Winter wedding inspiration, I think of dark days, rich colours and glowing candlelight. Whilst we can see elegant candlelight at this wonderful inspiration by Vanitas Life, the colours are fresh, the lighting is bright and the atmosphere is serene. A welcome wash of calm at this uncertain time.
"Red Floral Architecture created a showstopping centrepiece to the Coach House on the blue spiral staircase on which we placed the bride and groom. The Winter landscape outside the Coach House also provided a perfect backdrop for our models and the stunning gowns from The White Closet." - Jo Bradbury
