Alrewas Hayes

Alrewas Hayes was the first venue we viewed and knew instantly it was the perfect place to get married. I actually set myself up to be disappointed when seeing it in person… however, I was pleasantly proven wrong. I loved the way the venue flowed, everything is purposefully and thoughtfully designed. It felt intimate but spacious, open but secluded. It was perfect. We set our date and was guided every step of the way. Amie was our wedding Coordinator and honestly went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble and kept in constant contact. I was initially quite overwhelmed planning the whole day, however, Amie took my rough ideas and together we crafted the perfect wedding. Every supplier I spoke to with regards to the wedding had nothing but good things to say about Alrewas Hayes. This put my mind at ease and it all came together exactly how I envisioned it. The day was a dream, with so many moving parts behind the scenes but it was all taken care of without me even having to think about it. The wisteria in bloom in September was a real highlight and the formal photos in front of the house are stunning. Our fur babies joined us for the ceremony and drinks reception, they loved being around the grounds and fussed over. Having them as part of our day was incredible. We had so many compliments about the wedding breakfast, the food really was delicious. The bridal suite was the perfect place to spend the night as newlyweds, out of the way of all the other guests we really felt that we were away from everything. The bath was the perfect place to soak everything in the next day; before joining our guests for breakfast in the morning. We are so grateful that we had Amie to guide us from start to finish; she we there to wave us off the next day which was such a lovely touch. We felt like the only couple that got married there because the service was so wonderful and individualised. Thank you Amie and the whole AH team.

What an absolute joy it was to have our wedding reception at Alrewas Hayes in August. The day was everything we wanted. Thanks to our wonderful wedding coordinator Emma, the day ran so smoothly, and so perfectly. Emma, we can’t thank you enough for your and the team's efforts to make our day so amazing. We had so many compliments on the wedding breakfast, absolutely amazing food including the canapés on arrival. The whole venue just looked so beautiful and there were no hiccups all day and we are so grateful for that. We had close family and friends join us in staying overnight at the venue. We had so many compliments on how modern furnished, spotless and comfortable the bedrooms were. The honeymoon suite was absolutely fantastic for us too, we only wish we could have stayed for a few more nights in it! The lead-up to the wedding was also brilliant as we had Emma at our beck and call over email and face-to-face. Whenever I needed a meeting to talk about even the smallest things for the big day, nothing was too much trouble for Emma. I would highly recommend Alrewas Hayes and their staff to host your special day and I really hope we return again for another wedding! Thank you so much for everything.

Emma, we are truly lost for words at how much we appreciated working with you in the run-up, and what you did for us during the day. You are a true professional, and you were one of the main reasons our day went as well as it did. Thank you! I’m a planner by nature too (you should see my Burning Man planning docs), so I knew we were onto something when we saw the Word doc you used to set everything up, so great :) We also appreciated your patience as we finalised some of the last-minute items, and the clarity with which you were able to give us guidance. And then, on the day, you were a beacon of calm in what was otherwise a day going at a million miles an hour. Thank you so much for that. We hope that it went well from your side as well

Alrewas Hayes was the first and last wedding venue we viewed. We fell in love as soon as we walked into the courtyard, it was just perfect! Amie was amazing from the start, a true support in the lead-up to our wedding and even more amazing on the day, ensuring everything went smoothly. We had the most magical day, better than we could have ever dreamed of and we couldn't thank you enough! Our guests loved the venue just as much as we did, the food was incredible and the team couldn't have been more attentive. We just wish we could do it all again!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you for yesterday. It was absolutely perfect. We couldn’t have wished for a better day. The food was lovely, the waiting staff were lovely and you were the perfect host. There wasn’t anything that I thought ‘Oh they haven’t done that’. You thought of everything. Everybody loved the venue and were praising the food and the staff. So well done all of you and special thanks to Chef too. I’m not sure which one of you ordered the sun to shine but thanks to them too!!
