The Elm Tree

Recently voted top 10 in Lincolnshire for Weddings, we can definitely see why. Situated in the most beautiful grounds, The Elm Tree is the perfect wedding venue for an intimate, exclusive idyllic wedding with family and friends. From planning to the wedding day in less than 12weeks everything was perfect! Owners Jonathan, Chris and Wedding Planner Niki had truly thought of everything, they’re so attentive and nothing is too much. Having the use of the bridal suite the night before added to the excitement of our special day. On the wedding day having the use of all the rooms which are so beautiful meant we could continue to celebrate with friends and family. Both the afternoon tea and evening BBQ were amazing with great choice for everyone. We truly couldn’t have wished for a better day - thank you so much for everything. We will definitely revisit in the future and can’t wait :) Emma and Lisa

Beautiful wedding venue for our daughter and son in law. Such a lovely relaxed day, just what they wanted, all made possible by fantastic hosts Jonathan, Chris and Maria. The house and grounds are outstanding and made to feel so at home. From breakfast, to afternoon tea, to bbq all 5*. Gorgeous rooms for overnight stay. Would definitely recommend if wanting a small wedding with a big impact.

This write up on this beautiful place says it's a luxury B&B, which it is, but it is also so much more. We used it for our wedding venue, early Sept 2021 and are just thrilled that we chose to get married there - the Elm Tree was just superb in every way! The venue exudes quality, is tastefully decorated throughout, and has the kind of ambience that when you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed. The garden is perfect for wedding photo's - and we were lucky enough to have a lovely warm day, and so we were able to have our marriage ceremony in the garden too. I honestly felt I was getting married in my own home! The hosts are just brilliant, genuinely friendly, without intrusion and nothing is too much trouble. We had a small wedding, just 14 including us, we had a delicious afternoon tea and then ourselves and six guests, carried on into the evening, grazing on platters, singing, playing sharades and basically using this remarkable place as our own. It was just perfect, there is nothing we would have changed. We now have some beautiful, lasting memories and so do our guests. We would thoroughly recommend it, if you're looking for an intimate but quality wedding. And - it certainly didn't break the bank. But we'll be using it for all sorts of other things in the future too, and to be honest we just can't wait to go back there. So, whatever YOU use the Elm Tree for - I KNOW you will have just the best time!

What can we say?!? We held our wedding there last week. Jonathan and Chris were nothing but a dream from start to end. If you’re looking for perfection, warm, welcoming and uniquely bespoke then this is your venue. Plus lots of laughter and humour thrown in for extra measure... we laughed so much. The afternoon tea as a wedding breakfast was just delightful and as the sun was setting the fairy lights twinkled away. Thank you for making our visions match reality. You two are truly such an asset to our wonderful county.
