Offley Place Country House

We spent a long time searching for our ideal wedding venue but as soon as we viewed Offely Place, we knew it was the place for us. Our ceremony was held outside in the pretty gazebo with our family and friends gathered around in the beautiful rose garden. After our ceremony we had our photos in the stunning grounds of the house and our wedding breakfast in the marquee suite with open doors looking out over the grounds. Our evening reception was also held at Offely with a live band in the Dining Room and a delicious buffet in the Oriental Room. Our guests could enjoy using all downstairs rooms, including outside and the bar area. We spent our wedding night in one of offleys huge rooms, which was brimming with character and very comfortable. Our guests were also offered the chance to stay and experience the grandure of the rooms. we could not of asked for a better experience to celebrate our magical day. The place was perfect, the staff were great and the weather was fine, what else could we ask for! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a perfect day!

The perfect dry hire venue! Finding a venue big enough to cater for our wedding was tricky, but as soon as we’d found Offley Place, we knew we’d found the one! Our day was absolutely perfect, staff were beyond helpful — the night staff even made sure the heating was on in the Rose View Suite for our 6am arrival! Very appreciated! A special mention for Charlotte, she went above and beyond to make sure our day went as planned and we couldn’t have done it without her.

Offley Place is the most perfect venue to get married in. The red brick walls, the glass ceilings and the gorgeous chandeliers added so much character to our wedding photos! Having both the Conservatory and the Hester Ballroom available, we were able to have several events throughout the day, making each one unique in entirely new spaces. The team are Offley are ever so helpful, and Charlotte, who was our Event Manager, is so knowledgable with great ideas. She was always there to support us in our vision and always promptly replying to all the hundreds of emails we sent over the year. We wish could do it all over again at our dream venue, it was simply magical. I'd recommend all future brides and grooms to highly consider Offley Place as their wedding venue.

Choosing your venue is always the first (and arguably most difficult) part of planning your wedding - however for us, we instantly fell in love with Offley Place Country House Hotel which pairs character and charm with modern elegance on the very first viewing. The venue has two options for couples - the smaller orangery with a beautiful rustic brick wall or a much larger ballroom, with a grand glass roof. We opted to hire the venue exclusively, giving us both rooms to use on the day. Our more intimate ceremony was held in the orangery/conservatory while the ballroom played host to our reception and was the perfect place for a huge starlit dance floor and hanging lantern installation. The venue was amazing from start to finish, even in the midst of a pandemic when they were able to keep us upbeat and positive about our upcoming nuptials. The food was incredible and it was so relaxed to be able to go from our ceremony to our reception venue seamlessly without any transport worries. I can't eat dairy due to an allergy and didn't want to have a substitute on my wedding day so Offley Place went out of their way to create something special (and delicious) for all of our guests that was dairy-free. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about what a beautiful venue we had chosen (even weeks after the wedding) and we'd recommend Offley Place to anyone in a heartbeat! We had our son's wedding at Offley place in June 2024. It is a wonderful venue with beautiful indoors & outdoors. The Hester ballroom was used for the women & the conservatory, for the men. The beautiful outdoors was also a place for our guests to enjoy the lawn games, ice cream van & wedding illustrations. There were separate prayer facilities & the beautiful rose garden was perfect for photoshoots. The guests really enjoyed the day, many of them admired the venue and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Many said this was the best islamic wedding they’ve ever been to, maintaining the modesty yet enjoying the day. Charlotte was great throughout the process with an excellent knowledge of Pakistani weddings & brilliant communication. She would go an extra mile to accommodate our needs. The location is great, quite close to a busy town yet so peaceful, a real hidden gem. We would forever cherish the beautiful memories made at Offley place & cannot thank Charlotte enough who helped us make this day extra special.
