We can't even begin to express how amazing our wedding was, surrounded by all our friends and family. It was a day of creating memories that will last a lifetime. We owe a massive debt of gratitude to Becca, Jacinta, Liss and your exceptional team at New Place Hotel for helping us arrange such a special day. From the very start to the finish, every member of your staff went above and beyond to make our wedding incredible. We were blown away by the attention to detail throughout our wedding weekend. The level of service we received was beyond exceptional, and we can't emphasise enough how impressed we were. We'd like to do a special thank you to our wedding coordinator Liss. On the day, she was nothing short of incredible, ensuring that every aspect of our day went smoothly. Liss anticipated our needs, handled any situation effortlessly, and played a significant role in making our wedding a massive success. Once again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day a dream come true. You have the most amazing team of staff, who are all such a credit to New Place Hotel.

Aahhhhhhhhhhhh we did it! I can’t believe we are finally married, it doesn’t feel real quite yet, we are definitely still in the wedding bubble! I can honestly say we had the best day! We would not change a thing about it. We were so lucky to have the weather, the venue is incredible and the photos are epic! The staff, they were amazing! On the day they couldn’t do enough for us and please pass on thanks to Freddie as well! She was brilliant and kept the day running smoothly which was a job and a half! Thanks again for everything Jacinta! It’s been a blast working with you and have you plan our special day ❤️

We just wanted to send you a quick email to say thank you to you for helping us to organise our wedding. The whole day was wonderful and we had a brilliant time. We had so many guests who commented to us about how amazing the food was, what great service was provided by the staff and how beautiful the venue was. Please pass our genuine and sincere thanks to all of the staff who worked so hard over the course of the day. Freddie was so attentive, supportive and professional and did a fantastic job throughout. In our opinion, you have a great team working for New Place Hotel and you are all a credit to the organisation. There is nothing we would have changed about the day and we are so pleased that we chose to hold our special day at New Place and that you, Jacinta were there to help us get it all organised.

We wanted to thank you so much for all your help in organising our Wedding Party. We know we weren’t the easiest to deal with and we couldn’t have done it without your help. We are also so appreciative of the flexibility in switching dates, helping us out at a difficult time. The wedding was a great success and everything that we wanted, we had the best time. The staff were really helpful and the venue exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have had a better time, it was perfect!
