Cain Manor

From the first time viewing the venue right up to the final goodbyes the morning after, Cain Manor were amazing. Starting with Dean, he was a huge reason as to why we chose Cain Manor. He showed us around on the first viewing; asking us how we envisioned our day, painting a picture for us, and allowing us to see ourselves in the space. The team who helped us before the day (Megan and Ann) were very fast with responses and nothing was too much or forgotten about. Speaking to them and using the online planner was seamless I can’t imagine planning a wedding without their help or the planner! On the day I can’t explain how smoothly everything went, and if it didn’t, I was unaware as they dealt with everything so professionally and smoothly. Everyone was wonderful, but a special mention must go to Freya, Jane, and Toby who were impeccable. They really made us feel like the only people in the world. The venue itself is beautiful, and the food is still being raved about. On the 1st of September, Cain Manor was the happiest place in the world and I want to thank the staff for being able to make that happen.

We had the pleasure of entertaining our family and friends at Cain Manor on Saturday afternoon and evening after her marriage to Christopher. We just wished to share a couple of points with you. First of all, we were conscious, through Jennifer, of how wonderfully supportive you and your team have been and how positive you have been towards their having the type of wedding they always hoped for. You were consistently constructive in working through all the little impediments which recent restrictions threw up. Nothing became a problem. Second, the quality of your staff, both front of stalls and backstage, your facilities and your catering, and your management team, is simply outstanding. The service we received, the attention from staff who were there but not intrusive, made the evening. As for the food, all agreed, excellent. The table staff, (forgive me if that is not the correct terminology,) were quiet and so efficient. Breakfast – just what was required.

To all at Cain Manor, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my daughter and husband’s wedding day the most amazing day ever. Robyn & Joe got married on Friday 1st September and from the moment we arrived and were met by Freya, to the moment she and Jane said good bye to us the following morning, the whole event was beyond what we could have imagined. The waiting/service staff were impeccable, Toby our waiter couldn’t do enough for us, the food was outstanding! The bar staff and housekeeping staff were fabulous. I honestly can’t thank you enough. The team were there without intruding. Seamless! As for the venue and location…magical! Thank you to all the team at Cain Manor. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

We got married at Cain Manor in April 2023 and everything about the day was amazing, the staff were so helpful, friendly and extremely organised, the food was outstanding, the venue looked beautiful! All of the guests complimented the venue and said it was all amazing. I would definitely recommend Cain Manor to get married in. We couldn’t have asked for a better day!

I have been racking my brain about what to say that can really show you how pleased, grateful, thankful we are for everything but I am not sure I can find the words to show you just how happy we truly are! Firstly, I just want to say the biggest thank you to Maddie and Casey who have just been there every step and without them (Maddie especially) it wouldn’t have been the day that it was. Secondly I just want to thank Sam and Antonio. What utter stars! They were just the loveliest people and could see they had everything under control. They were so polite, calming and generally fantastic to have around. So please just extend my biggest thank you to them! I also want to thank all the other staff for being so brilliant. There was one waiter in particular who I didn’t get the name of, but he took the best care of my friend who is pregnant. Her and her husband were so touched by the care he was giving her and making sure she was comfortable all day. These little touches really made us feel so cared for which is something I will always be grateful for, so again thank you to that star! The day was seamless. The number of comments we have had about how brilliant the venue was, how nice the food was and how impressed people were with the service etc has been overwhelming. It truly was the best day and I cannot thank you enough for making it happen. I will be forever grateful to you all!
