I bought my wedding dress from Burr Bridal and the staff were helpful and friendly. When I was choosing a dress it felt like they genuinely wanted me to find the perfect one and gave me honest opinions on how it looked. They had a wide rage of dresses but I finally settled on a Monica Loretti dress which was beautiful. During the Covid period Kim and her staff were kind and incredibly understanding of the stress brides were going through. I can't thank the enough for their help and support over the past few months, we finally got married two weeks ago! I would definitely recommend Burr Bridal to future brides.

I would recommend this gem to anyone!! Kim is absolutely fantastic and kind, you can feel she is passionate about the job and gives you helpful tips. 1000% RECOMMENDED.

Although I didn't find my dream dress with Kim, she had to have been the most inviting, kind and knowledgeable dress consultant I have met... greeted with smiles, tea and coffee, Kim knew what style suited me and was able to pick out some amazing show stopper dresses that I loved. Being a client who has an awkward body shape and feeling insecure, Kim was able to reassure me and me feel like a princess in every dress I tried. The dresses in the store were all clean and beautifully presented so many styles, allowing me to try all kinds of styles that I may not have originally thought suited me. Kim has lots of tricks up her sleeve to make the dresses fit during your consultation, including a sponge!!!but I won't go into too much detail here, as you'll have to experience that little surprise on your own.... Thank you Kim ! Burr Bridal is a beautiful store and if I still haven't found my dress dress, I will be coming back in the new year to see what exciting stock you have in. xxx

Burr Bridal was the first wedding shop I'd set foot in and it ended up being the only one! We mainly spent our time with McKenzie who was so helpful when it came to advice, even on our first visit she di not push us into purchasing a dress, I just found the one I wanted and did not want to take if off... She really listened to me and my preference and we never ever felt hurried. We ended up buying our bridesmaid dresses from BB too which was an experience I was dreading with 6 bridesmaids of different sizes and shapes, 2 of which didn't even live in this country, of which one of those was pregnant !!! I am still shocked at how easily my bridesmaids picked a dress and the process of ordering went smoothly. I would highly recommend Burr Bridal it was excellent service and communication throughout. I visited Burr Bridal in August 2020 with my mum, despite the Covid-19 situation the experience was first class. Kim is a superstar - her knowledge and advice is invaluable and she made me feel very at ease. The range of dresses stocked is great - they definitely have something for every bride. At no point during my appointment did I feel pressurised into buying a dress - Kim even let us deliberate downstairs whilst she dealt with her next customer. I would recommend this shop to all brides in the Cambridge area and beyond.
