Dear Bijou Team, Kevin & I just want to say a huge thank you to all the team at Botley’s for making our day so special from the moment we arrived to when we left. We could not have asked for such a professional well-run day. Many of our guests commented on the smooth running, the delicious food, the attentive service and the pleasant staff who could not do enough for us. Special mention should go to Ann for taking calls and sorting out last minute changes, Dan for ensuring a smooth-running day and keeping us on track and to Hayley for her organisation of the evening. The day was truly magical, and all family and friends enjoyed themselves immensely. THANK YOU BOTLEY’S, AMAZING!!!We also want to commend the Bijou team for all their help and support throughout the complications of the COVID pandemic and our initial postponement through to our special day.

As soon as we saw Botleys Mansion, we knew this was the venue we wanted for our wedding. Starting at the bottom of the sweeping drive, working its way through the stunning surroundings, up to the double staircases at the front entrance, to the Green Room and finally to the conservatory – everything about the venue definitely has the wow factor. The grandeur of the exterior combined with the elegant, well looked after, modern interior (which retains classic touches) really makes for a truly stunning venue. The planners were great to deal with in the lead up, always there for help and advice throughout. The team on the day were exceptional! Big shout out to Dan who ensured our day ran without a hitch. All in all, the team went out of their way to ensure our day was perfect and we can’t thank them enough. Especially coupled with the beautiful food, cocktails and wine. All in all a 10/10 experience.

Harry and I would like to take this time to personally thank you all for making our Wedding day so perfect and everything we could have dreamt of. It was genuinely like a fairy tale wedding for us. We were always worried that the day could not live up to our originally planned wedding but everyone made sure the day could not be compared. It was everything we could and would have wished for. All we could say after was let's do it all again because it just went too quickly. Dan, Rachel and Emma really went above and beyond to ensure the day flowed and that we were truly never without. They thought about everything and really made the day special for us. The food was delicious and was a highlight for everyone, we are still receiving messages about how delicious the food was and how it was the best people have ever had at any wedding before! The timings, turn around of the rooms, the set up, drinks were all fantastic and we are both very grateful to you all. We thank you so much again. Maddie and Ann, your support with the planning of the day and everything we discussed was put out on the day. Thank you again to everyone, we couldn't recommend the whole experience more!

It truly led to the most amazing day without a hiccup ! So Thankyou. Please could you reach out to everyone on our day who made it wonderful. Sarah, Emma and Dan were incredible. They really helped de stress and absolutely loved having them part of our day! Again wouldn’t have been the same without them! Lastly please thank the chefs, everyone has been talking about the food and how it’s the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, they can’t stop mentioning the beef!!! So Thankyou to them. A wonderful day we’ll never forget!!

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for our wedding day on Thursday. The whole day ran so smoothly, it really was a dream come true. Maddie and Anne have been fantastic throughout the planning process. Nothing was too much trouble, including all the last minute changes after the planner was locked. Thank you so much. To the lovely ladies who met me in the reception and were constantly checking every detail was perfect, as a bride could not have asked for anything more. And a special mention to Guy. You met us when we first viewed Botleys Mansion and were the last person I spoke to on the wedding day. You are a true gentleman and the day could not have gone as it did without you. We cannot thank you enough. You are a credit to a Botleys mansion. The food and wine were fantastic and all bar and waiting staff were great. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and day.

Botleys Mansion was the first venue we visited, and from the moment we arrived, we knew it was the one. Dean, the House Manager, gave us a tour, and we were absolutely captivated by the venue, the team, and the incredible atmosphere. We still went on to view other venues afterwards, but we knew Botleys was where we wanted to get married and quickly paid the deposit to secure our October date. One of the standout features for me as a bride was The Harper Planner. Having a single, well-organized platform to coordinate everything with the venue made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, Botley's staff were on hand to answer any of our questions. We even visited the venue three more times with our parents, suppliers and for the tasting evening - what a special and memorable night that was, possibly my favourite part of wedding planning! We also had several check-in Zoom calls with the venue where they answered all of our questions and were so supportive and reassuring throughout. Special mention to the Botleys catering team for the incredible wedding breakfast and canapés, our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! On our wedding day, we were introduced to Marie, our Day Coordinator, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding support. She ensured everything ran flawlessly, offered invaluable advice (like not scrunching up our face for the confetti shot), made sure we ate, kept glasses of fizz at the ready, and regularly checked in to make sure we were relaxed and happy. Botleys also took care of all the setup and packing up of the items we brought, executing everything perfectly. This allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying the day without a worry. I cannot recommend Botleys Mansion enough, we planned our wedding in 8 months and they truly gave us the wedding of our dreams.

Botleys Mansion is a fantastic wedding venue for Londoners wanting the “country estate” experience but guests able to easily travel home after the event. We ended up renting the venue for the Friday – Sunday and the staff, food, house and grounds were top notch. I’m always hesitant about wedding food but the food was superb all weekend and Botleys are definitely “feeders”! Nobody went hungry and the portion sizes were massive. Botleys changed their policy to allow dogs at the venue and our golden retriever was able to join us which was very special. Botleys were fantastic from the initial meeting through the planning and to the wedding day. Nobody batted an eyelid with any of our requests and made us feel comfortable from the minute we stepped foot in the house. We were renovating our house while planning the wedding and Botleys took all of the stress out of planning the wedding. I couldn’t recommend Botleys more!

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience we had at your venue on our wedding day. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beauty of the venue and the impeccable attention to detail. Your staff were absolutely outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and they contributed significantly to making our day run smoothly and beautifully. We received numerous compliments from our guests about how attentive and friendly everyone was. We also want to highlight how amazing the food was. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Many of our guests have specifically praised the quality and taste of the dishes served. The culinary experience was truly one of the highlights of our wedding.
