My new Husband and I got engaged in 2017. We spent a couple of months following looking for the perfect wedding venue but we were initially unsuccessful. It was then a family member suggested we have a look at Bawtry Hall, thank goodness we did!! Once we'd walked through the front door into the bar area we knew instantly it was perfect for our day. Leading up to the Wedding the events team were absolutely fantastic, answering all my emails. You really did put me at ease and it was lovely meeting with Tori to finalise the plans made. On the day nothing was too much trouble! The venue looked stunning, I had both Karen from All Occasions and Kelly from Touch of Charm to decorate the venue and it was perfect, i've received multiple comments on how gorgeous it looked. The staff on the day/night were utterly brilliant! Libby helped keep the day flowing and was approachable at all times. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were so accommodating and friendly. My sister, the maid of honour, had a brilliant time renaming the bar staff ????????. My Husband was offered a drink to ease his nerves prior to the wedding which really helped. Thank you for this. Many of our guests have commented to say it was the best wedding that they had attended for years which is truly a credit to Bawtry Hall and its team. Thank you for everything! The Wedding Blues are sinking in but when you have a day as fantastic as that, there’s no other way than to come down from it. Again, a huge thank you Bawtry Hall, Crown Hotel and the Events Team! You made my dreams come true!"

“I recently visited for a family members wedding and the hall is stunning. The bathrooms are really clean. The food is lovely. The grounds are a good place for a little walk if you want a few minutes to yourself. I do recommend it.”

“Attended my sister's wedding last weekend at Bawtry Hall. Of course it is a beautiful venue but I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the staff working the wedding. Everyone was so friendly and seemed to know what you wanted before you even asked for it, there was never a queue at the bar, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were just generally really lovely people. The food was incredible and the event ran so smoothly. Libby was amazing and I believe the other staff working were Jamie, Matt O, Flynn, Molly and Matt C. Really sorry if I've missed anyone!”
