You heard it here first with our 2019 wedding trend predictions; dried flowers are big news this year! And here they are being used beautifully by this incredible list of suppliers to accentuate the fabulous industrial space of The Giraffe Shed wedding venue in Wales. We're talking epic floral arches, divine bouquets and the sweetest of floral arrangements. Throw in a neon 'happily ever after' sign, some peacock chairs and a boho bride in a floral wedding dress with a cowboy hat and tassel earrings accessories, and you have the perfect inspiration to kick start your bank holiday weekend. You're welcome.
VISION
Luxury bohemian inspiration featuring floral dresses, dried flowers and minimalist table decor.
LUXURY BOHO AT THE GIRAFFE SHED
The Giraffe Shed is this epic new alternative barn venue in Tregynon, Wales UK. Owners, Hannah & Neil have created a light-filled wonder of a building right on their farm, and it couldn't be more of a blank canvas dream space. Nicola Dixon of Wild Ones Community has crazy skills of organising shoots and bringing together the most perfect teams of suppliers, so I jumped at the chance of going along to this shoot. SASSFLOWER created dreamy floral vibes of a neutral palette and might be my new floral designer crush. She also created a floral piece for a bridal stetson hat. Little Lending Co. provided pretty boho props in wicker chairs and tableware. Plus check out those hand dyed linens by Mia Sylvia. Cakes by Yolk created a mouthwatering cake and grazing table. And stationery was provided by Vine In the Wild. - Rosie Kelly
Dried flowers have been creeping onto the wedding scene for a couple of years now, but we've very much seen them at the forefront of inspiration shoots recently. We absolutely adore the use of pampas grass, cotton and hay mixed with muted blush roses and gerberas during this luxury bohemian shoot. It's every bohemian couple's dream; effortless luxury, and bags of personality. Especially the bride's stunning floral Rue de Seine wedding dress and accessories. Now, where's my cowboy hat...
BOHO BRIDE
Bridal wear was provided by Rebecka at Jean Jackson Couture, and what might be my favourite Rue De Seine dresses ever. The delicate florals of the Nahla gown complemented SASS Flowers floral archway design perfectly. My favourite girls on the wedding beauty and hair scene right now, Emily Hawkes and Amy George created a soft boho look on gorgeous Flic. Whilst Emily added beautiful braids for the second look. Thanks to the Wild Ones Community for organising and creating a total luxury boho shoot at this wonderful new venue… And to 'loved up' Flic Jackson and Olly Lloyd Taylor for being all the couple goals. - Rosie Kelly
Capturing all this boho beauty was the lovely Rosie Kelly Photography who also graced our pages earlier today with the wonderful wedding of Zoe and Jamie. Cue lots of love, laughter and epic smoke bomb portraits. Plus, bridal babes in leather jackets. Enjoy.
