Dina & Tarj love the festive season and chose to marry just a week before Christmas! They always wanted to marry in a luxe country house and decided on Recommended Venue, Hedsor House, to be the backdrop of their day. This couple love the winter season so much that they even considered hiring a snow machine for the day! Luck was on their side when they woke up to beautiful real snow. With the perfect white wedding complete with Christmas decorations, this is instantly one of our favourite winter weddings! Hedsor House

Dina & Tarj had envisioned a traditional country house wedding venue and Hedsor House was the perfect fit. The classic Georgian mansion exudes luxe yet intimate vibes. Hedsor House just has this magical feeling throughout that makes it perfect for a winter wedding. Dina wore a classic Enzoani mermaid wedding dress and Tarj complemented her in a clean white tux. Dina is Hindu and Tarj is Sikh, so the couple knew they were going to marry into their respective religious and cultural traditions. However, Dina had always dreamt of wearing a white wedding dress and walking down the aisle. Having a civil ceremony allowed the couple to experience and embrace their British values.

Winter Wedding

It actually snowed at Dina & Tarj’s wedding! The couple both love the festive season and chose to get married a week before Christmas. They surprisingly woke up on their wedding day to a blanket full of fresh snow. It takes white wedding to a whole new meaning! Dina & Tarj also added an element of the festivities by having lovely winter wedding decorations around Hedsor House! Lynn Shapiro Photography captured the day beautifully. The couple didn't even notice she was there the majority of the time! It was all just so candid. Dina & Tarj have looked at their photos over and over again and will forever be in awe at them.

The festive season is such an underrated time to host your wedding! The magical feeling is unparalleled!

Our first dance was the best part of the day. It was simply magical! We had a custom-printed dance floor featuring our initials intertwined under a stunning disco ball. We danced to a song that Tarj had sent me when we first met, it completely made me fall in love with him.
