We mean this literally and figuratively because the couple chose to have a vintage-inspired wedding complete with a re-designed original 80s wedding dress! The wedding was totally unique as everything was chosen with purpose. There was lots of colour clashing and vibrant details, especially through the flowers by Recommended Supplier, wRAPPed Flowers aka the bride herself! For favours, the couple wrote individual poems for their guests. How cute! The ceremony was also totally personalised by the amazing Recommended Supplier, India Bel Ceremonies. As foodies, Anuschka & Matt also cared a great deal about the food and wine on offer to make sure guests felt like VIPs! The day was beautifully captured by Recommended Supplier, Aisle In Style, who encapsulated the vibe perfectly.

Vintage-Inspired Wedding at Loft Studios
Untraditional, fun, and unique were the vibes that Anuschka & Matt wanted to bring to their Loft Studios wedding. Anuschka & Matt wanted people to feel like they were very involved in their love story and not just a number. Not wanting a traditional wedding, the couple chose the industrial Loft Studios. The couple wanted to pay homage to where they met, where they are both from and where they live currently. Anuschka & Matt had a vintage theme including an 80s vintage wedding dress from Paris that Grace Lane London purchased as part of her vintage collection. Anuschka worked with Grace Lane to design a more modern version of the dress. Grace Lane even sewed a blue bow inside of the dress to be the ‘something blue’.
Telling A Story With Wedding Food
Seeing each other at the altar was one of Anuschka & Matt's fave moments. They didn't know what each other was wearing and it was so special to finally see each other all dressed up. The cocktail hour was another highlight with espresso martinis served during sunset along to a playlist made by Matt with all the couple’s favourite indie classics. As big foodies, the food was a priority and all the guests mentioned it was the best food they had ever had. The wedding breakfast and canapes were supposed to take the guests on a journey of all the countries and/or cities that Anuschka & Matt had been to. Including Germany, Portugal, Mexico, New York and Italy where the couple went for their minimoon.

During their ceremony at Loft Studios, one of the groomsmen performed I Will Be There For You by Louise Cuddon as a wedding reading, which happens to be one of our faves! Anuschka & Matt wanted to shout out a few of their suppliers for making the day so special including India Bel Ceremonies who stole the show, their photographer, Aisle In Style, who was sensational and Jamie and Layla from Loft Studios went above and beyond to make the couple truly feel like a king and queen.
