As soon as we saw this inspiration shoot featuring unique wedding dresses and accessories from Halo & Wren we knew we wanted to share it with you. Showcasing gowns from their boutique to suit all brides and preferences. The only hard part is choosing one!
The desire to celebrate women (and simply have the opportunity to get these three stunning women in my gowns) is what always inspires me to organise and style a shoot. Every day I work closely with women and am constantly blown away by how incredibly smart and beautiful the women that I meet on a daily basis are. I am so happy that I am able to celebrate and capture their differences and uniqueness by shooting with this diverse team.Jemma Palmer at Halo & Wren
At Halo & Wren, I have never needed an excuse to promote inclusivity and will take any opportunity to work with this talented team and showcase the gorgeousness of Ruby, Chish & Darylle. Sophie Lake and I get together annually to create some inspirational images and to be able to create our own content that is representative for all women at the naturally beautiful Fernery, Ashridge House, meant the styling was easy, keep our images fresh, natural and relatable, not perfect, not airbrushed, real beautiful women.
The gowns from Halo & Wren are celebrated for their diversity and excellent range, brides visit specifically because there is such a good mix of styles, so it wasn't easy to pick the looks, there are so many incredible gowns that look amazing on all bodies. It was important to showcase the models feeling amazing. We were able to feature gowns from Jane Hill Bridal, Alena Leena Bridal, Made With Love Bridal, Amy New and Solstice Bridal with accessories from Tilly Thomas Lux, Botias Accessories and Maison Sabben.
The collaborative nature of shoots always creates such magic and it's so clear from these pictures how talented every supplier and service that was involved is. The briefs given to Sorcha Herbert, Sophie Lake, and the models were brief and sparing but they got 'it.' There is enough freedom for each person to express themselves and their art whilst maintaining a common theme. To have such a strong group of women in the wedding industry work towards creating diverse content is inspirational.Jemma Palmer at Halo & Wren
