Petticoat Underskirt in perfect condition. Worn once for my wedding day but absolutely like brand new. Has a tiny blue ribbon bow sewn into the hem as all Blue Ribbon items do. I’m a size 8 and it fit me perfectly but it has an elasticated waist and would be fine for a Size 6/8/10. The perfect item to add some fullness to an A-line dress. I wore mine under the dress throughout the day and then slipped it off in the evening for a slinkier vibe.
