Bought brand new from Pronovias on Bond Street, London. The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned and is in perfect condition. Initial purchase price was £2,100 excluding alterations. Described by Pronovias as a 'Fabulous mermaid wedding dress with long sleeves, where lace and illusions are the main features of the piece. A dress with a V-neck and back and floral embroidery that hugs the body, creating a sleek silhouette and accentuating feminine curves.' The dress has a unique pale pink/nude colour under the cream lace with a deep V neck line both front and back. The long lace sleeves are lace only so your skin is seen through them and fasten with delicate buttons. The dress itself fastens with an invisible zip and has a small lace loop to fasten up the train if required. The dress is structured making it very flattering from all angles and allows for no bra to be worn (not usually something I am comfortable with but it was brilliant and I didn't feel self conscious at all!). I also ordered the cathedral veil in the plain pattern to not cover up the beautiful lace train (which I am happy to include with the dress). I am 5'5" in height and the shoes I wore had a heel height of 2.75inches / 7cm. The dress length was altered accordingly. Measurements as follows: From the shoulder seam down to the scalloped edge at the front = 159cm / 59inches From the waist to the front edge = 115cm Underarm to cuff = 49cm underarm to waist = 18cm Shoulder to waist = 35cm Outside shoulder seam to opposite outside shoulder seam = 29cm Please don't hesitate to contact me for more information as I know what an important decision it is to decide on your wedding dress. Alterations The length was shortened to accommodate my height and heels and the sleeves were taken in slightly along with the shoulders lifted but they were minimal changes. All alternations were made by the seamstress at Pronovias Bond Street.
